It seems each episode will focus on a member of the group and have them deal with a spoof of a 40k enemy faction. The first episode focused on the captian and the enemy was what I assumed was a tyranid parody, but with titties. The second episode focuses on Chestnut and the antagonist are a spoof of khornate traitors (cause blood obsession) and gene stealers (humans giving themselves over to an alien hivemind pretending to be the emperor, or in this case space king)
