The Devilishly Delightful Dr Demonicus was a scientist by the name of Douglas Bradley who discovered the lifestone, a meteorite with unique properties. Following him developing cancer/radiation poisoning and being scorned by scientists he decided to have revenge by planning to make an army of giant-monsters with the lifestone's radiation by splicing animal subjects that all fell through when he faced Godzilla in his run which he debuted in and besides West-Coast Avengers has only shown up in crowd shots since.
