>>146906214The thing was that Strange wanted to replace Batman. It wasn't enough to get rid of his enemies, he wanted to upstage Batman at the same time. Strange knew Batman was Bruce Wayne and still put him in Arkham City. He knew Batman would try to stop him. He wanted Batman try and stop him. What he wanted was to beat Batman and destroy the legend. So yeah what I'm saying is, that Stange's ego got the best of him.
