It's just part of the running gag with Sparkules's comic/character. That's why the gag keeps getting cut shorter each time it shows up. It's the same reason that Locust Man doesn't get the full comicalize gimmick every time he comes out, because we don't need to see the full five minutes of him posing and doing all the stances before the attack. We get the joke and just need the main highlights.

I would like to see more Dark Knight and Locust Man show up in the series. They're gimmicky, but also a lot of fun. I could easily see an episode where it's Mike/Dark Knight and Lucy/Locust Man and the two heroes are trying to one-up each other by trying to turn the mission into their comic style. Dark Knight constantly trying to make the situation into some dark brooding stealth mission while Locust Man keeps trying to make it some action-packed heroic confrontation.

I imagine it's a mix of 2 things, super scott was first so back before scott used a lot more exaggeration in designs. Or Scott made him more realistic build because he was based on himself so more grounded in realism. Also gives off a good vibe of true classic heroes who can represent ideas unshakeable justice vs modern more realistic heroes that are more grounded in reality and nihilism.

This is a great example of evil superman, where he's defeated not by some dark gritty fight but rather a hero that just won't go down.

Yeah I believe super scott is also a mix of scott's hidden trauma and emotions. if we are to assume something super fucked up happened to the dizzy 7 and he couldn't do anything or has to do with the organization then maybe it jaded super scott to it all. Also further parallel I noticed is super scott and Mr justice both originally had elderly female users. An one was manipulating her the other just happily helped her because helping is heroic enough. As we see with how badly Mr justice wanted to take care of the garden. He could have tried to force her to let him do more or go out heroing but he respected her needs and limitations. Interesting set up and parallel for their later fight that they are so similar in some ways.

Who said that Super Scott was nerfed? If anything, the old lady being somewhat senile gives him the freedom to act however he likes. Also, he tanked three comicalize and didn't have a scratch on him, so I don't think he's weak or underpowered at all.

I don't think that Mr. Justice was designed to take on Super Scott. Mr. Justice was probably the original Scott's idea of redoing the Super Scott concept - make a superhero who is strong enough to stand up for justice - but not one who could go out and harm people with his powers. I'm likely guessing that Scott didn't plan on Super Scott (or any other comics) to get out of his control, so he probably didn't think of a "Super Scott" counter character. Not to mention, making a character that could beat Super Scott just means making another potential Super Scott, with all the problems that included.

I also think that comicalize create is just the Reader/Writer creating a whole new concept, and not just "unlocking" something that Scott had in mind at the time. So that was Mike's writing, coming up with an idea that works with Mr. Justice's defense abilities, rather than something that Scott intended the character to do. Besides, Mr. Justice's 100% Justice really only works on Super Scott because he didn't expect it; Super Scott easily could've ignored Mr. Justice or gone around him if he knew it was going to happen.

I think that Super Scott might try to convince Mike to comicalize create some way for Super Scott to get out of his comic book. I don't think SC would ignore him even if he knew that he had some OP comicalize on his side, or after this fight, all because of his emotions getting in the way. He could've tossed Mr. Justice aside any time he wanted to after he saw that his punches didn't kill him immediately, but chose to engage him even when X was within his grasp. Just pulling at his ego and hatred of being a superhero was enough to compromise him, and I think that can be used against him in the future, especially if they decide to make Justice and SC rivals, with the latter explicitly wanting to destroy the former for being everything he's not.

Otherwise, I agree with the majority of your points.

It isn't a headcanon, it was stated in the episode by Super Scott that Mr. Justice was created after, since he didn't recognize him.

I think Scott created Mr. Justice to be more like a moral counter to SC, upholding all the values SC despises. By the end, it was needed Mike's comical create to weaponizes Justice's resistence and give him a proper way to beat SC.
