You might be confusing it with the gizmo from Firefly by the blue gloved dudes which did kill via a beeping sound that made your brains bleed out your ears. Stane does however order his goons to shoot everyone as he's leaving and we see them starting to open fire as the scene ends, but we never actually see that specific guy get shot so I guess they can BS up him somehow not getting shot.Why he's back though is beyond me other than them aping any kind of nostalgic stuff from earlier movies they can because the current MCU stuff is bombing. He certainly had nothing to do with Vision or even Jarvis so unless it's another case of someone wanting revenge on Tony Stark targeting a close ally of him because the actual guy is dead I don't see the point
