It fits RWBY's identity and spirit best to feature characters from fairy tales, mythology, famous folklore, old world history, or classic novels. Putting literally Superman and Batman in Remnant feels wrong. It's like making Hatsune Miku an official Servant in Fate/Grand Order.Why add a turtle named after Leonardo Da Vinci when you can add a character based on Leonardo Da Vinci to the RWBY verse?
