>>147140550Actually, I'd argue that not being Dick's daughter actually adds to her character, since the whole point of her story was that she had problems with her mother, so a father, specially someone like Dick, would only have made things more complicated than they had to be.Also, get real, being fat and ugly is part of Mandy's character, the fact that she isn't traditionally pretty like her mother is really important to sell that she doesn't fit in or relate to Kory. Also also, if she were part of a setting where Mar'i and/or Jake also exist, Mandy being the awkward middle child who is only half-related to them through their mother would definitely add to her feelings of inadequacy.
