Pick an iconic, evergreen story setting and art style like Waid/Mora World's Finest.Use a broad range of DC characters and put a hard cap on the number of Batfags and Superman clones you can use. Limit redundancy in powers and avoid legacy hero drama. Include cute/weird characters and hot girls. Make sure to throw in a decent amount of Asian characters because we want the Chinese audience. Avoid using villains. Cast a wide net. JSA, Doom Patrol, New Gods, Suicide Squad, etc. Maybe not Wildstorm or Milestone.
