I was thinking about how Angel's the most useless member of the O5, but then it hit me that if only they made his blood a healing substance, essentially giving him Elixir's powers too, he'd had been a pretty powerful guy. Aside from being a handsome billionaire who could fly and had assorted super-strength, if you gave him that bit of extra power he'd be a vital member. Then add the Apocalypse enhancements and the guy would be a beast. Like Wolverine but more OP.
Angel has potential to be an interesting character without all of that. It's not his fault Marvel writers of today think the only way for a character to be liked and have interesting stories is if they are the "most powerful".
>>147148248The version of him from X-Men Apocalypse was pretty cool.
>>147148248Superheroes with wings are boring, and they shouldn't be.
>>147148449eh
>>147148248Make his wings hard-light and give him other light powersThere, I fixed him
Should be like mutant Tony Stark, benefactor to his people
>>147148248both angel and elixir as well as any other mutants with healing factors and regeneration could be doing hospital shit
>>147148248>Aside from being a handsome billionaire who could fly and had assorted super-strengthNot assorted, all around. Physically, he's basically Captain America better stats including (minor) super strength, better durability, etc.
>>147148449There is something about his design that goes so well in live action, aside from the characterization. Like, the wings look believable as a mutation. Actor only needed to be more handsome and it could have been Warren.
