Why did Wizard have Todd as the best penciler for so long? It was almost a joke how Todd was best artist and Gaiman was best writer for years on their top 10. I have nothing against Todd but he's part of the late 80s Marvel style and Jim Lee could've been #1 instead and no one would have questioned it. Why Todd?
