Though idk what is considered compatible for her, seems unlike her mother she doesn't have the whole hollow bones situation and unlike duane she'd basically be reanimating herself perfectly. So if she for just example sake found a orphaned girl in the middle of this disaster and duane killed her boom she has a new body and it'll be like she and the girl never died. No rotting or soul decay
