Usually when he and hulk are on a team or at least not 100% at odds he loses a lot of his stress. Especially once he realizes hulk isn't a true brute and won't hurt people he cares about he would be more well put together. I kind of think more future Bruce's should have some graying hair or be a bit on the older side. I feel like someone working at such a high-level neuroscience development job would probably look very aged and tired, even before becoming the Hulk.
