The animation quality clearly made people overlook the blatant writing flaws. Swap S2 visuals with your usual netflix slopa and people would rate it 4/10.

Season 2 should've had Noxus running the two sides of the city against each other to fuel hextech research only for the arms race to spiral out of control instead of being the big bad. Also the final fight was shit and should've had the cannons from season 1 instead of a dumb cargo launcher.
