From the reactions of the Westview Students who Lauren encounter it's obvious that she was clearly a mean girl/bully to everyone at her old school to where everyone fear her and try stay out of her way. Anthony being the only one unfazed her behavior means he looks pass all of Lauren misbehavior cause he believes she's good deep down, she just needed something to show her and thought he could be it.Classic "They're not bad, just misunderstood" Trope.
