At my local league night, we usually have a diverse group of kids, teens, young adults, and even the occasional senior, but yo do occasionally have to deal with MtG refugees who take it too seriously (more often at tournaments, naturally), but overall, it feels like the early days of MtG (like, around Ice Age or Fallen Empires).
