They need to rematch Kratos vs Asura next season. The sooner the better.Normally I trust Death Battle's judgement on any match up but this one was too farcical. I don't know why they would use such weird scaling with Kratos and most of all I don't know why they equated raising your hand to Asura's genuine MFTL speed feats.Kratos sacrificed innocent people a lot and that was a big point of the games so it's just nonsensical that they say that Kratos would TEACH Asura how to stop being a monster. Not to mention the animation was wonky and didn't give Asura the chance he needed to shine. Base Asura hitting Kratos was a good start but he didn't even get to do anything in his destructor form; this is the same Asura that was manhandling CHAKRAVARTIN. A MULTIVERSAL Chakravartin. In a weaker form. Scaling off that alone should put him above anything Kratos could do.Next season they need to redo this. I know it's too soon but this is just too egregious to not correct immediately, and I think the major delays for this episode is proof of them knowing that this was a bad result. They probably had to record new lines to try and justify Kratos' win.

Death Battle is wrong about Pokémon’s cosmologyDeath battle states in Black Box that Yugioh’s cosmology far outclasses Pokemon, but other than the multiverse statement from Horakthy, they don’t go in depth about what this even means other than listing the Afterlife and Prana world as higher dimensional, meaning by their own explaination, Yugioh has an infinite 5D-6D multiverse. (Including time as a dimensional axis in the 6D one) (I saw one post say they scaled Horakthy to 7D but that had no evidence…)**(I’ll go with the highball for both series here, so time is considered a dimensional axis, meaning we’re starting at 4D)**However, ONLY using the Pokemon anime, Pokémon’s cosmology can be equal or beyond this. From the top: Pokémon’s anime also has an infinite multiverse, Reflection cave (image 2) is a place in Gen 6, where in the anime, each reflection is said to house an infinite number of alternate universes, and those reflections inside the other world’s Refkection cave does the same as well. That alone gives us an infinite number of multiverses, but there’s even an entire hour long multiverse special in the anime.(Image 3) The multiverse special has Ash meet up with an alternate universe version of himself to team up and stop Palkia and Dialga who are being controlled via the Red Chain by an alternate Team Rocket. Ultra Space is called extra dimensional, but in the games can even affect the Creation Trio. Disregarding the games, that leaves a higher dimensional plane just sitting here either between or above the Creation Trio. Meaning you can easily argue 8D for the Creation Trio or Ultra Space.

The sooner the better.Normally I trust Death Battle's judgement on any match up but this one was too farcical. I don't know why they would use such weird scaling with Yugi and most of all I don't know why they equated the Heart of the Cards to Ash's genuine bonds with genuine living beings that were his friends.Yugi sacrificed his monsters a lot and that was a big point of the show so it's just nonsensical that they say that Yugi cares about his cards the way Ash does about his Pokemon. Not to mention the animation was wonky and didn't give Ash the chance he needed to shine. Ash-Greninja killing Atem was a good start but he didn't even get to finish his Golden Water Shuriken; this is the same Greninja that was manhandling MEGA Gardevoir. A CHAMPION's Mega Gardevoir. At an incomplete Ash-Greninja state. Scaling off that alone should put him above anything Yugi could do.Next season they need to redo this. I know it's too soon but this is just too egregious to not correct immediately, and I think the major delays for this episode is proof of them knowing that this was a bad result. They probably had to record new lines to try and justify Yugi's win.
