My memory is horrible, I can't sleep, My mind is racing away any time I tree to sleep, and it just feels like I have lost a decent amount of cognitive abilities over the last two years.I need to get more bloodwork and stuff done but I forgot where I put the paper work for the bloodwork and I keep on failing to email my PCP about what all is going.
