Seers, Thieves, Princes and Sylphs probably have the biggest egos. Seers tend to just bulldoze and impose their solution, Thieves are constantly proving themselves, Princes naturally see themselves as superior (or they could be coasting off of a single achievement for as long as possible), and Sylphs are subtle manipulators to make things go their way.

It could tie to them "being outsiders", perhaps more broadly having less common sense and also being more prone to solipsism because of that.Why would Jade ever examine her trust in the clouds when it felt right and worked for her? Why would she be pissed off at Tav at any capacity when he has such a nice agreeable vibe, or shit on Eridan because he gave an impression of a douchebag? And similarly, why the hell would Feferi actually genuinely feel caste system is wrong when being a princess is such a sweet gig that worked for her perfectly? Why wouldn't she be proud of being at the top when it feels good? She has her convenient bias and she likes it, that's enough.
