Undertales fandom lasted strong from what, 2015 to 2018 before deltarune came out and took the spotlight. That is to say if the fandom ever died down to begin with. And if we count deltarune as being part of undertale, then the fandom hasnt died down at all the main difference that gives undertale the edge for me is that undertale has had absolutly 0 controversy from its creator or the game itself.
