This entire issue feels like a 03 madmod plot
This feels like a Twilight Zone episode starring the Titans and got really meta.I'm starting to feel cautiously optimistic about this new run.
I like how meta it is. The best thing it can happens to the OG titans is to separate (Terra can stay with the new Titans), I think Raven and Starfire could carry solo books.

This book made a big splash today, but mainly because it's just making fun of NTT characters and tropes (that people recognize). Not because there is interests in the new direction or characters.Once Jon Kent, Stephanie Brown, Yara Flor and Red Devil take over the book interest will probably drop sharply. There's still Nightwing I guess, but I think the most hardcore Dick Grayson fans don't pay much attention to Titans. And Cyborg is not a seller.
