It's frustrating in the same way TUFF Puppy was frustrating. You have fun characters, a fun setting, and a fun premise but it's all ruined by one of the protagonists. That being Mr Whiskers. Whiskers has no redeeming qualities. He shouldnt even be in the show. The entire thing should have been the adventures of furry Lizzie Maguire in the Amazon, with the jungle serving as sort of slight metaphor for high school or early adulthood. Instead it's the worst wannabe Ren and Stimpy clone possible. At the very least Dudley could have been retooled into a Ron Stoppable-esque sidekick to Kitty Katswell. Whiskers doesnt even have that. He genuinely just ruins the show.
