My biggest issue is this show needs to have 13+ episodes. It's BUILT to be episodic. But I know, since it's Glitch, indie, and just a modern western production, it'll be under 10. They'll explore a few more worlds, maybe up through episode four, and then everything after is the build up to the finale. The strength of the premise is obviously going to see different pastiches of video game worlds. I mean it's Reboot. Fucking Reboot. Reboot got multiple seasons, and 40+ episodes with this as the core hook.

Art style was boring, but on thinking about it I'm shocked by how much more boring the cinematography/composition was. Every shot was as basic as you could make it. The only time it was interesting was the surprisingly edgy and graphic way the final boss of Kit's world fused and changed phase, and the bit with her head falling back into the mouth while laughing was close to being really good. Something still felt a little subpar and undercooked about it even there but it was leagues better than everything else(It goes without saying the show was groundbreakingly mid of course)
