And now for Wolverine: Weapons of Armageddon.
This is it, the last part to the journey to Armageddon. Logan was approached by the mutant tracker Teri O’Barnes about the mutant Tyler Torrens, who had been kidnapped by the private military company PrimeWarrior and was about to put him through the same process that Logan went through by Weapon X. Traveling to the facility located in the Ozarks that Tyler was being held in, they were surprised to learn that the facility had been blown apart by a bomber who had been targeting PW’s facilities across the country, with Tyler and an Origin Box they had acquired missing. After traveling further into the forests, they find the cabin belonging to the bomber: Dave Colton, the Captain America during the War on Terror.The trio were about to head out to find Tyler, but PW’s forces lead by Nuke blew up the cabin and fatally injured Teri, forcing the trio to flee and hop on to Dave’s airplane. During the flight, Teri ends up succumbing to her injuries, while Dave tells Logan that he had revealed to Tyler about PW’s South Dakota facility where Nick Pruet - PW’s CEO - operates from, and suspects that Tyler went there to confront him. When the two finally reached the said facility Dave’s suspicions were proven correct, as Tyler was not only there, he had taken the missing Origin Box with him! How will this impact the events of Armageddon? And more importantly: What’s in the Origin Box?

Last issue, the team had to deal with the aftermath of Boom-Boom attempting to explode Domino, which left her badly damaged. As a result of using his Death Seed-powers two issues ago, Warren was able to mysteriously turn into a brand-new Angel form and healed Boom-Boom from her grave injuries. This caused Cable (who already suspects that Warren is Kamala’s assassin) to accuse him for actually using his Death Seed-powers to control Boom-Boom into attacking in the first place, coming to the conclusion that Apocalypse was the mastermind behind it all and was possibly controlling Warren. With the help of Hellverine’s powers, they were able to track the source that controlled Boom-Boom to a SHIELD black site disguised as a beach house in Florida that was being defended by the Nasty Boys. But when the Nasty Boys suddenly disintegrated, Warren began losing control of himself as the true mastermind stepped forward: Sinister!

Previously, Dani and Kian went to a cavern in the western Shandong Province in Shanghai to stop Kyron from finding the “Nàihé Hunping”, an artifact that was able to store the souls of the dead. Unfortunately, Kyron had already reached before them and taken the artifact with him. While Kian was ready to leave, Dani realized that Kyron was still inside the cavern and revealed the illusion that he was hiding behind. Kyron (using the appearance of Dani’s grandfather Black Eagle) begins to fight her until she grabs Dáinsleif from him, causing the sword to paralyze her as it rejects her from being its wielder. As Kyron prepares to claim Dani’s soul, Kian returns to fend him off from her, and Kyron teleports away. But because Dani had touched Dáinsleif, the sword attempts to once again claim her soul…

Following a nightmare back to that mission, Rogue decided to go on a journey to find out what actually happened back then.After going through her journey, which involved a brief but awkward reunion with Mystique who refused to tell the main cause of the nightmare, stopping a deal between Humanity First and Constrictor’s company Chordata Industries, traveling to Chicago to break into Chordata Industries HQ to get info about the mission from Constrictor and then having to clear her image by exposing Chordata Industries for funding Humanity First, she hides inside a building under construction to piece together everything that she had learned about the mission. But after reviewing the information and clearing her mind, she realized that she was the one who had maimed Stelton back then after accidentally absorbing Sabretooth’s powers and personality, and prepared to meet with Stelton to make things right.But while Rogue has been going through this journey, Stelton has only grown increasingly paranoid ever since he met Rogue again, and fears for his life that she’s back to finish the job she began years ago…
