Is there much overlap between Hazbin and Helluva fans? I assume everyone watches both for completeness but do (You) consider yourself an actual Helluva Boss fan too?
>>154696746and canon?>>154696885I watch both for sure, though I much prefer Hazbin to Helluva.
>>154696688i hope the hazbin merch people make an adam beanbag chair cover someday. i want to know this level of comfy.
>>154696929>I watch both for sure, though I much prefer Hazbin to HelluvaYeah, Hazbin has a more real plot, whereas Helluva is mostly gags and melodrama
>>154696929same, i prefer hazbin too. i only like three songs in helluva boss and that's 'house of asmodeus', 'mastermind' and 'i will be okay', but the only hazbin song i don't like is 'more than anything' (and i can't even explain why i don't like it, especially since i do like the chaggi reprise version).
>>154697652I don't like the Lucifer version of More than Anything either and I think it has weird undertones. Probably because they were able to use the same song for a romantic reprise.
>>154696688I love bloodthirsty Angels.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7AG77hgLeY
>>154696688They killed thousands..

>>154698444Should have killed way more...
>>154698444Those of rookie numbers.
>>154698628They are kinda low.
sitting here thinking about how much handwringing there is about angelic steel perma-killing sinners and how awful adam and the exorcists are for that when the moment sinners got hold of angelic steel they started perma-killing each other too without hesitation. carmilla wasn't selling her weapons off to the highest bidder for peace. vaggi WOULD use her spear to perma-kill a sinner who threatened charlie if push came to shove and she wouldn't feel bad about it, or she wouldn't have kept it.
>>154698701Carmilla fucking sucks. She has no issues with enabling permadeath and she doesn't even claim to have any moral reason for doing it except money. She is a genuinely shit person but they keep portraying her as the 'good' Overlord.
Since Goetia are based in Pride and are more powerful than overlords I wonder if they catch sinners to use as durable slaves.
>>154696688This show is highly satanic because it has DEMONS and HOMERSEXUALS
>>154698256Based Lute
>>154698974Ain't that the Ace flag? I'm not super familiar with the whole flag crap.
>>154699003No, its my flag, i created it and i think this artist found it, anyway its the adamsexual flag
>>154698701yeah but you know the agenda. Sinners good, Exorcists bad. Plus Charlie seems to be willingly ignoring stuff if it means she gets what she wants. See Cannibal Town stuff, see the whole Season 2 from Vaggie to Angel>>154698746They are too busy being gay and causing daddy/mommy issues
>>154698256Lute strikes me as the kind of bitch who’d complain: “What about Straight pride?!” Even Adam would have to roll an eye.
>>154699432Adam dressed up in an entire outfit for Straight Pride. He's the one who bitched about it until Sera gave him the getup and let him onto the float.
>>154697998That's just you being weird
>>154699433Roo is kinda just fancanon woman at this point. Viv really shouldn't have shown her design or talked about her. Even if she's gonna be done well ( kinda improbable at this point) people will still bitch about her because she's not exactly what they imagined.
>>154699577I love her and I can't wait to see her.
>>154699588Why do you love her Looty?
>>154699620I'm just a sucker for characters who embody concepts: characters who are the literal manifestation of an idea. That's a trope I've always loved. In Roo's case, the idea that she's the physical embodiment of Evil itself is just incredibly compelling to me. There's so much you can do with a character like that. I love the thought that she's simply... been there all along, quietly watching everything unfold. Never needing to intervene because time is on her side. I also really like the implication that, in Hazbin, she's effectively the Devil. Lucifer may be a devil, but Viv confirmed that he isn't THAT Devil. If Roo fills that role instead, I think that's a fascinating direction to take. Beyond that, I just love the possibilities she opens up. The idea of her being Alastor's mother (similar to Zoophobia), the dynamic she could have with Lute/Eve, the broader cosmological implications of a being who literally is Evil... there's just a lot of narrative potential there. Now, do I have complete faith that all of that potential will be realized? Not necessarily. I'm still cautiously optimistic. I love the concept on paper, & I'm hoping the execution lives up to it. Lastly, I kind of appreciate how successfully they've managed to keep her under wraps. Considering Viv's tendency to be fairly...well you know, it's honestly impressive that Roo has remained such a mystery for so long. That, in itself, has only made me more curious about what they're planningPlus, I just like her little gremlin for him we see in Charlie's book.
>>154699675*Gremlin FORM, along with the Good deity. I wonder if they're going to be more like girlfriends or siblings? Also, fun fact, Viv has liked Roo/Lute fanart lol
>>154699577It’s the same problem with characters like Lilith, Lute/Eve, etc. With a slow burn mystery and the production taking as long as it does, it leaves fans to fill gaps and subsequently get attached to the headcanons in their head that the show will never be able to live up to.
>>154699720STFU Bugcuck, Lilith Eve isn't real. You're complaining about a theory that's actually plausible and projecting the reality of your own theory. They're actually is build up with Lute being Eve. You got attached to dubious old leaks, and scream that Lilith being Eve has evidence. It doesn't.
>>154699768He's not Bugcuck dude. Read again what he's saying.
There he goes again, pretending Lilith being Eve is legit lol
>>154699768I… legit listed Lute/Eve and Lilith as separate. I was championing the Lute/Eve theory in my comment. Fool.
It seems we've got a troll who screams Bugcuck at posts who clearly aren't him now. This shit is boring and you're only going to summon the real thing. Ignore.
>>154699685Also forgot to say, I liked her even more since it was confirmed by that former employee that indeed Roo and Eve are separate characters.Knowing Viv though, I could absolutely see her trying to pull off as Steven Universe situation with White Diamond: or hell, have her be misunderstood and not wanting to be evil anymore. In my wild fanfiction mind, I like to think that maybe she tricked Lucifer into giving the apple because convinced him this was the only way she could be free, that she wanted to be better lolYou know Viv's brand. Woman bad. Man good. Also, I'm extremely curious as to who is going to voice her. There's no clues about her, and we haven't even seen her on screen in the same way we've seen Lilith. Pretty crazy that she let us know this early, that Roo has a voice actor. But no Eve... I wonder why (wink)
>>154699791I will take that L. Apologies. I shall live forever in shame. I thought from your wording you were saying that it was shit. I beg for forgiveness.
>>154699836Bugcuck is living rent fucking free in your head. Wait until he obviously shows up before going rabid dog.
>>154699856The guy has me all sorts of fucked up, dude I won't lie. I wish he'd would namefag himself or there was a way to block his IP.
>>154699879You are literally creating a one sided rivalry with him in your head. He's a special needs retard who does nothing but spew autism that nobody takes seriously. He won't affect you if you ignore him.
>>154699821One more thing I'll add: I'm not totally crazy about having it confirm that she's apparently just another white woman design wise, apparently. I can just chalk that up to shape-shifting or something. But other than that, Roo is a win in my book. I'm looking forward to whatever it is they do with her, good or bad.
>>154699901I will note that down. Thanks.
>>154699902Its Viv. We are getting more white women and you're gonna like it. Now consume more porn of Lute and Lilith.
>>154699953NOOOOoooo
>>154699976GOON to the ladies that were married to Adam.
My actual nightmare: Lute is Eve..... but she was BLONDE
>>154700001
>>154700007Did you make that specifically for this thread? Impressive. Got a laugh out of me. Now do one where the roles are switched
>>154700008She was probably a brunette or raven-haired if she came from Adam’s rib. I like the idea once she took the apple, her hair became a mix of every hair colour… hmm. That might be hard to pull off without looking tacky, thought
>>154699720This is exactly the issue Viv mentioned in that one interview with Joe Vulpis. The old leaks are so ingrained in this fandom, it's crazy. It's canon to people that Rosie is Lilith, or that the Lilith in Heaven Is Eve passing off as Lilith, or that Roo is Eve. Not many are open to what's actually happening in the show, or what's being said. People bend over backwards to defend Lilith despite it being confirmed that she just.... wasn't the best mom and harmed Charlie. Same thing with Lute being Eve. People are going to say that it makes no sense, there was no evidence or indication despite Jessica having been saying this shit since 2024. Then we're going to fast forward to some years later, and only then will people be all like, oh yeah, they were foreshadowing it since S1
>>154700049Going from black haired or brunette to red hair after the apple is a sick idea. But knowing Viv... Yeah she's probably just blonde. Also that same former employee did confirm that. So I'm just coping.
>>154700020
>>15470009410 out of 10 stars.
>>154700013
>>154700174They could have had it all. I’d like it if the most realistic explanation was that Lilith simply didn’t love him. Nothing especially wrong he did, she just wasn’t feeling it. She wanted more… and she got it, for better or worse.
>>154700081Blonde Eve/Lute is happening Looty. This is gonna be the blonde women show. You have to accept this fate.
>>154700225PLEASE, IM BEGGING FOR MERCY
Chick goes on a half-hour-long rant about how toxic yaoi is toxichttps://youtu.be/RRddeE9i3QA
>>154700235You have to understand Viv wants us to goon to blonde women because she is am evil mastermind. She wants us to be entrapped by them. This was her goal all along.
>>154700225Love how the artist originally did this as a “what if Eve sung this song and then they and the people commenting were like, “Say, now that you mention it…”
>>154700262I should have known... I should have known!!!
>>154700266And the pieces are finally starting to click into place. How about that.
>>154700282SHE WANTS US TO FALL FOR SNOW BUNNY MIND CONTROL.
>>154700295It's kinda funny once you actually start looking at Lute is Eve it makes a ton of sense.
>>154700306I say this as a self-proclaimed research schizo... You really don't need all that extra leg work, despite Jessica's interviews being a gold mine for this shit. It's kind of in the show? It's just that everyone has those lenses on, of Rosie being Lilith, Lilith being Eve, Roo being Eve etc. Deadass: pretend you don't know anything, you don't know any spoilers, you don't watch the interviews or listen to what Viv has said...Lute being Eve makes you go, "oh yeah, I can see that".There's no mention of Eve, she's not missing, nobody is asking about her.... All we see is her taking the apple (Lute is covered in red in S1), Lucifer mentions her at the end. Ribs are Adam's favorite food: nobody is listening to Lute, she herself literally says she's been through so much... Abel keeps looking at her weird,It doesn't even need to be deep. Honestly. It's just kind of straightforward in that sense. Like duh, of course she's Eve. I have a friend who passively watches this show, and they came to this exact conclusion before I pulled out the PowerPoint presentations.
>>154700358the lilith/rosie leaks really were the perfect smokescreen for vosk's tweet, i wonder if that's why viv never bothered commenting on anything to do with that theory until recently.
>>154700387You know what, I've never even actually considered that. I think the only time she hits indirectly acknowledged that was in that a24 interview question I posted. I don't know what other switch theory at the time, outside of Lilith being Rosie being Eve, was popular enough that her and Sam looked like they wanted to laugh. But that's actually a really good point! It's probably the perfect red herring.
I need Zombie!Adam to be a thing, cuz if he’s anything like this delusional dude, it’s gonna be hilarious. After spending his afterlife wallowing in meaningless sex, he now only yearns for his one true love… who initially rejects him as an abomination, a hallow imitation.
Not that this proves or disproves anything because likes aren't an indication of that.... But I did want to add that Viv did like a fanart comic thing where Lilith changes her bangs, and Lucifer didn't recognize her. That felt like a little jab lol I can post that here in a bit. Someone remind me
>>154700436Oh and from the new Helluva Boss short: >Stolas: "What? Evil twins are a classic.">Moxxie: "Well, there's a fine line between classic & cliche. How about something a little less convoluted?"Lmaoooo
>>154700452Bruh. They're not even trying to hide it anymore. Lilith/Eve fags in shambles.
>>154700420Nah. Let the man be happy with his crazy waifu.
>>154700499Deadass. I spat my drink when I heard this. I thought I was going crazy. They're literally making fun.
>>154700511I mean, I did say ‘initially’ lolShe probably accepts him after he tells Abel to shut the fuck up.
>>154700613Do they start to have a sloppy makeout session while Abel starts puking in disgust?
>>154700452Woooooooooow. They uh. Wow. They are... really not hiding anything huh
>>154700645Oh everyone else there is gonna be grossed out and trying not to puke.
>>154700709I can imagine the scene. >Revived Adam shows up to calm down Lute/Eve and win her back.>The hotel crew tells him to just confess his feelings and talk to her.>He says he has a better idea and wants to use his best pick up line for Eve.>Throws a cringy "Daddy's hungry for his favourite rib". >Everyone stares at him like he's a fucking idiot.>Lute/Eve immediately jumps him and starts being overjoyed he's back >They start making out.>The hotel crew initially think it's cute till it's start escalating and they get grossed out.>We get a classic "She's pulling his cock out!" while everyone is trying to look away from the borderline pornografic scene.
>>154700825>Throws a cringy "Daddy's hungry for his favourite rib".I'm ugly laughing.>The hotel crew initially think it's cute till it's start escalating and they get grossed out.Very Marge and Homer Simpson. I dig it.
Read some more Paradise Lost... Book VIII is cute. The angel Raphael comes to dine with Adam and Eve. Adam asks him about how stars and planets work and Eve leaves because she isn't interested. She thinks about how she'd prefer it if Adam explained stars to her because at least he would kiss her if they got in an argument about it.Raphael tells Adam not to worry about planets and instead asks him how he was made, as the angels seemingly were not present for this. Adam explains how he woke up entirely alone, was filled with the breath of life, and ran through the fields and forests joyfully naming everything he saw. He eventually comes to a hill where he speaks with the figure of God.
>>154700847Adam is in awe of God but sheepishly complains that the animals and birds are his inferiors (superiority complex anyone?) and he would prefer a companion more fitting for him. After some discussion he falls asleep and the figure of God cuts him open to pull out a rib "with cordial spirits warm and life-blood streaming fresh" and fashions Eve out if it who immediately runs away as soon as she's conscious.Adam is the biggest wife guy ever. He calls her "bone of my bone, flesh of my flesh, my self before me" and talks to Raphael in some detail about how much he loves her and how many good qualities she has. Maybe surprisingly he talks about how wise she is and how greatness of mind and nobleness creates an aura about her "like an angelic guard placed" (hmmmmmm). He really, really loves her and genuinely thinks she's absolute shit.I skipped over a couple chapters of Raphael explaining to Adam how all the angels went to war against Lucifer before the start of the book but guess I'll go back to that later.
>>154700913>genuinely thinks she's absolute shit.Genuinely thinks she's THE absolute shit. That's like, the opposite of what I meant.
>>154700921We understand from the context. No worries.
>>154700930Thank goodness for that else I'd have to commit seppuku
>>154700913Raphael is actually kind of a joykill about how much Adam loves Eve and reminds him that Eve is supposed to be his inferior. Adam is all yeah yeah, I know she's my inferior but when I'm with her it doesn't feel like that. She feels special and she's so beautiful and clever. Raphael warns him about the dangers of praising wimmin too much. Asshole
>>154701043imagine if in hazbin we think the final villain is roo but actually it's raphael, furious that a woman is trying to upstage him.
>>154700825>>154700841Loving this!If Zombie!Adam comes back and he’s an intellectual, he might try and win her heart by going a classical romantic, which only gets him harshly romantic. Nope, to get her to calm down and fall in love with him again, he has to be the ignorant, loud mouthed bore he was.And she fucking swoons! And yeah, they start fucking in public.> Angel Dust: “Huh… so that’s what Dickmaster’s penis looks like.”
>>154701122Raphael is repressed as fuck. Adam asks him if angels do the do and he says they do but it's "pure with pure", "easier than air with air“. Their spirits mix together but they don't have anything as uncouth as genitals. Poor Abel is in for a shock when he seals the deal with Emily
>>154700913>Adam is in awe of God but sheepishly complains that the animals and birds are his inferiors (superiority complex anyone?) and he would prefer a companion more fitting for him.To be fair, he did clarify that he wanted something equal. A lioness to his lion. A fitting match. >Tedious alike: Of fellowship I speak>Such as I seek, fit to participate>All rational delight: wherein the brute>Cannot be human consort: They rejoice>Each with their kind, lion with lioness;>So fitly them in pairs thou hast combined:>Much less can bird with beast, or fish with fowl>So well converse, nor with the ox the ape;>Worse then can man with beast, and least of all.(Though it is funny that God's first reply is a teasing, happy one, where God goes "I am the only one like myself in existence. There isn't a being second to me, let alone equal to me, in all eternity. Do you not see me happy?")>Whereto the Almighty answered, not displeased.>A nice and subtle happiness, I see,>Thou to thyself proposest, in the choice>Of thy associates, Adam! and wilt taste>No pleasure, though in pleasure, solitary.>What thinkest thou then of me, and this my state?>Seem I to thee sufficiently possessed>Of happiness, or not? who am alone>From all eternity; for none I know>Second to me or like, equal much less.>How have I then with whom to hold converse,>Save with the creatures which I made, and those>To me inferiour, infinite descents>Beneath what other creatures are to thee?>He ceased; I lowly answered. To attain
>>154701182A callback from the last thread.> Zombie Adam: (to Husk) What should I say?”> Husk: (dry, sarcastic) “I dunno, how about ‘yes, it’s me.’”> Zombie Adam: (over megaphone) “Yes, it me….”> Husk: (annoyed) “Tell her ya love her, man! Fuck…”> Zombie Adam: (over megaphone) “I love you very much.”(crowd of sinners goes ‘aww’)> Zombie Adam: “And, uh, maybe tonight we could… I dunno, fuck?”(Crowd bursts into laughter)
>>154700071Looty. That interview was a total nonanswer over secret/swap identities. Lilith Eve is supported by season 1 content just by her appearance always being off every time she’s present. Even in the shadows. Times where she resembles Eve. And times her appearance starts matching more with Charlie’s appearance by her nose. The majority of the people watching the show don’t care about interviews nor are interviews even are appropriate for foreshadowing content.
>>154701221The poem's portrayal of God is very likable. I like that Adam doesn't meet the angels until much later and it's just him and God at first.
And Bugcuck is back. Did the jannies nuke the Deltatroon threads? I know he loves those.
>>154701351This dude has blown up at me so many times, cussed me out, has made weird sexist comments, has tried literally preaching to me... But then he'll try to converse/reply like we're buddy buddy. I just ignore him... I think he's bored?
>>154701408Looty, what you're doing isn't ignoring human. Try hiding his posts instead.
>>154701441Does that actually do anything? I wish it would filter out his IP or something. But okay, if you guys say so!By the way, did you guys hear about the Blu-ray for season 2? It's coming out in November. It hasn't been officially announced, but it's on pre-order on Barnes and& Nobles. No cover art though,
>>154701457I don’t get how anyone cares about blu ray commentaries when season 1’s was completely pointless.
>>154701457Hiding one post hides all the posts that respond to it too so you can ignore chains of conversation you don't want to see. Nobody except the mods and jannys have access to IPs.
>>154701475I wouldn't say that? There's little bits of trivia in there. For example, that's where Viv confirmed that Adam was originally written differently before Amazon asked her to make him into a Rockstar, and that he was inspired by Jack Black. That's also where her and Skye discussed how Viv decided to put the smile between Adam and Lute, she really wanted that in there, originally he was just a glazed over dead. Oh, and that's where she said that Lute is feminine rage. And I also recall it being said that Vaggie is actually well versed in hell's politics, because she took the time to learn about hell when she was cast out. So, it may not be completely significant or Earth-Shattering, but it's a gold mine for fanfiction writers and trivia. I'm really looking forward to what's going to be said for the season 2 commentary
>>154701485Got it. I've been educated today. Thank you. I'm always learning something new about this site.
>>154701457can't wait; someone uploaded the entire first commentary along with the season on youtube so i hope they do the same for s2. can't say i'm looking forward to hearing the one who hates adam but loves valentino yap but otherwise should be interesting.
>>154701408It’s almost like you lack self-reflection on what gets you to receive these responses in the first place.
>>154701521You can also find it on the web archive. Someone uploaded all eight episodes on there. I don't have the link at hand at this moment, but if you remind Maya, I can drop it later. But yeah, I'm sure someone will rip season 2's commentary as soon as it's out. I would do it myself but that is so time consuming, I just end up doing bits here and there. You know for the agenda and all that.
>>154701541Who the fuck is Maya, phone? LATER, i said LATER
>>154701541Nice.
>>154701525She's not going to suck your cock, retard. keep crying like a little bitch
>>154701521>>154701541Found ithttps://archive.org/details/episode-1_202512I stitched these to my personal copies of the show so I could watch it on TV lel. The one who hates Adam is real annoying
>>154701594That's the one! I can't tell: is it Skye or Sam that hates Adam?? Lol
>>154701567I don’t want any mouth to touch my pee dispenser.
>>154701594i wouldn't mind them hating adam if they didn't also stan valentino and the vees in general. like i'd rather be left alone in a room with adam than the guy who actually has raped someone on-screen that also has aphrodisiac spit and his date-rape drug selling bestie.
>>154701620Skye is the Australian one who runs the Homestuck pilot right?
>>154701661Yes! Sam is the other one. She's the one that has that blonde little pony as her avatar (fursona?) - she's obsessed with horses.
>>154701620Okay so I thiiiiink it's Sam aka probablyfakeblonde. I remember her from the pony days and I remember loving her art but disagreeing with most of the things she would post.
>>154701686Her art is lovely but she's notorious for blocking everyone that remotely disagrees with her and Viv. She's like Viv's biggest sycophant...
>>154701661>>154701686My working hypothesis is Hellaverse is the modern Homestuck and horses at the same time.
>>154701744Is it true you got into a secret chat with a bunch of ex employees who hate Viv and is she really that bad?
>>154701857A couple yes. I've been meaning to upload them here, with the names wiped out of course, but honestly I'm too chickenshit. I can't confirm if Viv was really good or really bad, I just know that that particular serval is filled with all the Viv haters, so... it got annoying really quickly. From what I gather, working conditions aren't the best? Lack of communication unless you're in Viv inner circle but I legit don't know so. I think most of them left anyway. They probably realized talking shit on your former boss who happens to be well known was probably not the smartest thing, especially when they were using their actual names, or the names that were tied to their art accounts.
>>154701332Considering the Angel we meet just after God creates Eve, that's for the good measure.Like, >>154700913 mentions it a bitAdam praises Eve sooo much "For me, she is the best thing there is, she makes me dumbfounded when I see her">In outward also her resembling less>His image who made both, and less expressing>The character of that dominion given>O’er other creatures: Yet when I approach>Her loveliness, so absolute she seems>And in herself complete, so well to know>Her own, that what she wills to do or say,>Seems wisest, virtuousest, discreetest, best:>All higher knowledge in her presence falls>Degraded; Wisdom in discourse with her>Loses discountenanced, and like Folly shows;>Authority and Reason on her wait,>As one intended first, not after made>Occasionally; and, to consummate all,>Greatness of mind and Nobleness their seat>Build in her loveliest, and create an aweThen the angel watching them goes "Hold up bro. She looks good, true. But she is here for a reason and should obey you. Don't praise her so much that it makes you look lesser and her servant.">To whom the Angel with contracted brow.>Accuse not Nature, she hath done her part;>Do thou but thine; and be not diffident>Of Wisdom; she deserts thee not, if thou>Dismiss not her, when most thou needest her nigh,>By attributing overmuch to things>Less excellent, as thou thyself perceivest.>For, what admirest thou, what transports thee so,>An outside? fair, no doubt, and worthy well>Thy cherishing, thy honouring, and thy love;>Not thy subjection: Weigh with her thyself;Which while has some fair points, is a bit too heavy handed.
>>154701857Also, it's not really secret? It's just a hate server. You know, the kind where they talk shit up and down about Viv, and pretend they have other stuff going on in their lives, but then they hate watch the show and talk non-stop about it. At least that's what it was when I was last in there. I couldn't stand it so I left.
>>154701943>>154701964I recommend not uploading them because they sound like obsessive personalities. Don't bring that can of worms on yourself; I'll take your word that you saw something that you think supports the Lute=Eve theory and quietly hope that you're right
>>154702002Hmm, yeah, think they’ve got a point there.
>>154701633Who the fuck talks like that? Pee dispenser?
>>154702002No, I'm not claiming that it's necessarily supports it. Just think of the "leaks" that Chai posted on their Tumblr and Twitter. They basically just corroborated some information, but they just repeated the same uncertainty. That's all. This person even admitted that they're not sure on things and that it's been a while. So yeah, Rosie Lilith Eve just sounds like an idea that was spitballed. Remember, in the old screenshots, it was said that Viv would talk a lot in those Discord calls? So it wasn't even a formal work thing, it was just Viv yapping.I can also say, based on all the schizo research I've done,,,, there has not been any lore leaks since the supposed Rosie/Eve/Lilith ones. That's another hint, at least to me, that this was just a thing that was discussed at some point, but it was never in the show. I can also tell you, several times, it's been said that they THINK Rosie is Lilith which is ???? Really weird. But anyway I'm rambling.I'm more excited to show you guys the video/ stuff that was said in the Washington summercon. I'm just waiting on the green light from the person who actually went. They don't want anyone to post these things. It's nothing groundbreaking, I'm not pretending like this is hard of confirmation of anything. Just Jessica Vosk being herself. Apparently, during the panel, they mostly talked about her Broadway stuff. The Lute stuff came at the end.
>>154702002>>154702012I'll take both of your guys's word for it. That's probably for the best. Like I said, it's nothing groundbreaking, it just for me personally cemented that the leaks shouldn't really be trusted. I don't think it's a huge conspiracy. I just think that the people who had that information and divulged it, literally just left before anything for the show was completely solidified. They were just repeating what they heard, or whatever gist they heard. I would not be surprised if that wasn't even accurate in the first place.
>>154702094>Washington summercon.Okay I'm intrigued. On a scale of 1 to 10 how excited should theoryschizos get about this?
>>154702126Honestly, don't get too excited. It wasn't anything amazing. It's nothing that hasn't been said before, really. I'm just being a little crazy about it, and looking at Jessica's body language and all that. It was only one question. I don't know if there was any more. I'm going to see if I can ask the person permission to at least upload what was said in passing. But no, don't get too excited. Honestly. Like, just look at Jessica's past interviews pretty much. But it's good to know she's still invested and repeating the same things, to me, makes it seem like her arc is solidified, and that there is a clear path. Unlike Alex who just goes with the flow apparently.I will say, get excited for the upcoming stuff in August and September because I do have a couple of friends that are actually going and hopefully they can ask Jessica some questions. Assuming she doesn't flake out again.
Nta But I was actually there. Jessica kept repeating that Lute has a lot of trauma, and someone asked if she would get her payoff, since we didn't get it in season two like Jessica promised. She basically acknowledged that, and said that Lute would get her time.
>>154702126That picture is absurdly cursed.
>>154702153>>154702177Sounds pretty interesting. It's funny how pretty much every official source says there's more going on to Lute than we know but the single digit IQ audience can't see it. There are people who actually think Lute's arc ended when Abel told her off.
>>154702153if adam is meant to not know what's going on with lute=eve, it makes sense that alex brightman is kept out of the loop too. might help make the performance more genuine. like, imagine if the big plot twist of angel's arc was that he secretly hated husk all this time - you wouldn't necessarily want to tell keith david that, or it might subconsciously bleed into his delivery on certain lines, especially if you need a sincere performance.
>>154702295I wonder if Alex was told much about Adam's feelings for Eve in the first place.
>>154702126>>154702205Here, even more fitting baby
Maybe Lute was created by Lucifer to be Lilith’s replacement during Eden and she went with them to hell against her will.
>>154702294Oh yeah, I'm extremely surprised. The first couple of times, back when season 1 aired, I could see this being passed off as Jessica making a general comment about her character as a whole. Like.. She's not who you think she is as a person, she's actually really unsure about herself, and she's going to surprise you with her character development. Sure. But then the playbill, then Jessica saying that we will gasp, Viv saying that they set her up big (and then deleting said post which is fucking weird for her), AMIR expressing interest and intrigue at her backstory,,,Jessica accidentally NDAing herself was just For better or For worse, the cherry on top and the spoiler on what's going to happen. they've been setting her up for a minute. But people are barely, just barely realizing it.
>>154702295That is exactly what I think. I have to get the video for you, I'm sure someone already posted it, it was a post season 2 interview with Viv and Alex, and kimiko I believe, but he said that he was surprised as to how much love was actually there. If you look at Alex's past interviews, he's so blase about the lore side of things, which is understandable. But he tends to go with the flow. So it makes sense he was out of the loop. If you go in with the existing notion that everything in season 2 was pushed to season 3, then it makes sense as to why. He said we would find out what happened with his body in season 2, and then obviously that didn't happen, and now his answer is that he doesn't know. Trust. We're going to know in season 3. The way Jessica, framed the reveal, I'm willing to bet, that we're going to get it right at the end at season 3, and then the scene will cut to black.
>>154702295Also if Viv fought for that smile, it's because she thought it was important. Yes, it's to show how much he cared about her.. To me that also kind of indicated that he might have suspected something. Hence the conversation we get later with the hallucination.
>>154702336Her saying the big surprise hasn't happened yet confirms it can't be a personality thing because getting confirmation she's full-red-heart IN love with Adam already reframes her personality for us. There were people (stupid people mind you) who thought the closing scene of Season 1 was confirmation Lute was working with Lilith to kill Adam so she could take over as leader.
>>154702466imagine if that's how eve looked at adam when he died the first time, as a normal human, but he didn't have the strength to smile back then. he recognises the expression on her face, realises who she is, and manages to this time.
>>154702475>There were people (stupid people mind you) who thought the closing scene of Season 1 was confirmation Lute was working with Lilith to kill Adam so she could take over as leader.Deadass? Omfg
>>154702483Oh okay, so you're just aiming to KILL ME now? I'm not crying. YOU'RE crying
Also, I just want to point out.. How is it that we don't have any lore leads aside from the supposed Rosie/Lilith/Eve stuff? Nothing about Husk, Angel, Charlie (you know, the main character?) or Lucifer. That's not usually how big leaks work. That also kind of adds that this was just an idea that Viv maybe considered.
>>154702506before i was on the lute=eve train my theory was that the reason lute and the other exorcists all had white hair was because adam and eve were together long enough to grow old and have their hair turn white, and in his final moments adam looked at eve and was like 'yep, still the most beautiful woman in the world', so he's naturally drawn to it.
>>154702611My fanfiction theory is that, that was her hair color when she was old, and it was just kept for her ascension. If that my clone theory is correct, then that's why they all have the white hair like Lute
>>154702626>>154702611That's cute.
>>154702488Never underestimate how fucking stupid some of the fans of this show can be. Then they turned round and were like wait why is she in love with him?
>>154702775eternal reminder also that this fanbase had to be told not to harass valentino's voice actor for the crime of -checks notes- voicing a bad guy.
>>154702775I remember in Helluva Boss, fans thought that Moxxie pushed his mother 's off the boat. Even though.... Sequence wise, that's not what we're shown. They have dinner, she defies Crimson, she's gone by that point, establishing Crimson got rid of her, then later Crimson tries to get Moxxie to push a rando off the boat. He goes overboard, and only then, are we shown her shoe, establishing that Crimson had her meet the same fate previously. But people literally thought, and some still do, that the guy (yes, the guy with a male voice and male horns, who had a completely different build) was the mom. Little things like that that drive me up the wall. That's being intentionally tone deaf, I swear. Or how people thought Vaggie was referring to herself as "the failure" when she spared Lute. Literally. Nobody talks about that, when it's clear she's calling Lute a failure, which is why she spazzes out. So I'm not surprised that people are on the Roo Eve train. I had someone try to argue with me that the Eve and Evil/Roo silhouettes do match, because of (I kid you not) a millisecond of a frame where Eve's hair looks spiky, because she's turning toward the screen. So... Roo Eve confirmed I guess lol
Lute has to be based on the second failed wife of Adam in the Lilith lore. Such a failure she probably didn’t even have a human face and caused Adam to fear her.
Why are people so against her Lute being Eve? It's pretty obvious, the easiest choice AND we would actually have payoff in the sense that, we know how Adam felt about Lute for the most part.
>>154703254People got attached to the Rosie/Lilith/Eve leaks, that they're actively ignoring what the show is telling us. And what the staff/crew/VAs/Viv say, for that matter
>>154702828That is embarrassing. To be fair though, Viv doesn't really enable good behavior in this fandom. She acts like she herself is part of the fandom.
>>154702028Weirdos and incels.
>>154702828I mean, that's just all the fandoms.People tend to associate the sins and acts of the character with the actor all the time, especially when the actor is good. From Joffrey to Umbridge.
>>154703317she's definitely gotten better in recent times IMO, i chalk up most of her early shenanigans to sheer inexperience (and also this fandom having the duelling sins of both being insufferable itself and generating an insufferable hatedom). therre's not a lot of creators that handle blowing up like that well and her actually managing to emerge on the other side with two well-received series to her name and more to come in the pipeline suggests competence where it matters to me.
>>154703254Because Lute doesn’t look like Eve and Lilith Eve has a lot more support in-show for the theorists and casual fans that pay attention to how she’s drawn.
>>154696688I miss her
>>154703254Addendum to my post: Bugucks aren't allowed to reply. I should have stated that initially. I forget topics like this, or Cain, or Abel is like a magnet.
>>154703352That's true, that's true. She is definitely maturing, I'd say, when it comes to fandom stuff. She could do way better though. Goose was doing very good up until the very end.
I cannot wait for the artists behind this shit to crash the fuck out once Lute is revealed to be Eve lololol
>>154703427Lute would be his mom even if she’s not Eve.
>>154703440Well, good thing that she is his biological/literal mom then. That just solidifies the relationship.
>>154703254It's very complicated. First off the fandom has built a headcanon narrative which they are super attached to and won't deviate from. This can vary from individual to individual.First let's begin with Flowertunes Eve. This is pretty much usually a copy paste of Eve from the bible and most popular stories. People assume she'll be same in Hazbin despite how altered the biblical characters that we have seen are in the show ( Adam, Lucifer, Abel and Saint Peter). A lost of ladies that thirst for Adam tend to project upon this imaginary Eve in a form of self inserting. They also have a dislike of Lute because by having a character she's not a viable candidate for self inserting.Lute "fans" or my preferred term Lute Larpers. Basically people that ignore Lute's entire character, motivations and beliefs so they can turn her into Vaggie 2.0 Caucasian edition. It's pretty much the people that believe Adam brainwashed Lute and that everything bad that she did was because of him. They will completely ignore Lute's love of Adam and pretend she's actually a lesbian who secretly is in love with Vaggie( or sometimes Vellvete for some reason) and that she will realise the error of her ways and have lesbian sex with Charlie and Vaggie. Which is fucking weird when you consider the sheer physical abuse and violence Lute enacts upon Vaggie. Also the lesbian bit is pure fetish delusion and ignores obvious stuff from the show ( the very sexual way she straddles Hallucination Adam). Lilith feminists and Old leak fans. Super attached to the dubious Lilith=Eve leak. Fans of the leak probably still believe it because they haven't really done any research or checked if it's still valid to current show material. Lilith feminists want Lilith to be the perfect mom and the best person ever so to basically white wash her they believe the person that did all the dubious and evil crap is actually Eve pretending to be Lilith and that the real Lilith is stuck as Rosie.
>>154703427It's gonna be so fucking funny when Abel X Lute is gonna turn into to Hazbin's equivalent of Renne X Andrew. People are gonna be on suicide watch.
>>154703456I couldn't have said it better myself. That's why I said previously, if you let go of all the notions and just watch the show as is... it's not hard to come to the conclusion that Lute is Eve. The interviews, voice actor commentary, Viv's comments and statements all just cement what's already there.Like, because people are so attached to the twin wife switch plot, they don't realize that it's never even suggested. People think that the flashback was insinuating it was Eve, or a. Doppelganger, but then Charlie makes it very clear that she has mommy issues. Her voice actor's comments also confirm this, and then you realize oh shit.. This is how Charlie sees Lilith, and the scene is meant to convey to us how Lilith interacted with Lucifer and Charlie, and the general family dynamic in the household. Things like that.
>>154703456I’m so tired of you daring to act like the guys who’ve used direct show pictures of evidence for Lilith Eve don’t “research it”. They have an explanation for that character’s purposely inconsistent appearance that you constantly ignored to justify Lute Eve. They don’t need to jump through hoops, bounds, and liked tweets for “leaks” to have a solid ground.
>>154703526K.
>>154703513So what Charlie has mommy issues. They can develop when a mom that once loved you begins to distance herself when she sees you as a failure.
I am just here for the fireworks when one side is wrong and is malding about it when the time comes. And this thread needs more tits
>>154703548>Pretends Charlie has tits
>>154703554She doesn't even have an ass. Her mom's genes didn't even try.
>>154703554If Lucifer can shapeshift into numerous animals, Charlie can at least make her figure curvy. Like, it is clear Charlie is nearly all Lucifer but at least give her the tits.
>>154703577>Charlie can at least make her figure curvy.Assuming she even can, she doesn't. Super bony and sharp. Not good for breeding. She's built like a toothpick.
>>154703588Honestly, all Lucifers fault. How could you have the literal First Woman, designed to breed and bring forth humanity before everything happened, and still curvy as fuck but only have 1 child after thousands of years?Worse, it is clear that Charlie took after your shitty genes....man that "Lilith was pegging Lucifer until modern times (and that's why Lilith and Adam split)" theory is so funny
>>154703548It’s going to be Lute Eve and I will be so pissed when they get angry that their stalkings and pointless leak searchings didn’t make it into reality. Like why? Theories account for walls that prevent them from existing and they have zero good in-lore answers against the Lilith Eve pictures. Simply because Lilith always looked like herself in every statue and family picture she has. And the Lilith we are introduced to constantly goes off model. But no, that’s irrelevant somehow.
>>154703633To be fair, I don't think Lilith wanted kids. I mean I know Hazbin is borrowing the concept, and it's not a 1x1 exact copy but her whole thing was rebelling, not wanting to do what she was told or be submissive, and then the whole baby eating thing, infertility yada yada.... Why do we assume Lilith ever even wanted kids.
>>154703643K.
>>154703548Same. It's going to be chaos in the best possible way
Retard here, didn't Viv say that real Adam was dead and gone forever after season 1? Wouldn't Lute=Eve be kinda lacking if the only version of him that's still around is a schizo tulpa?
>>154703650That's the thing, I can't really say anything because Lilith is practically a blank state. We have a children's book, a beach scene and a garden scene. 2/3 of them involves neglecting her husband and child.
>>154703633Lilith was cursed to be seto barren in her myth.
>>154703687It’s bait. He’s coming back.
>>154703687adam just got fridged for lute's character arc it's fine.
>>154703706I mean, in that version of the myth Lucifer was also castrated beforehand. >The marriage of Samael and Lilith is known as the "Angel Satan" or the "Other God", but it was not allowed to last. To prevent Lilith and Samael's demonic children Lilin from filling the world, God castrated Samael. In many 17th century Kabbalistic books, such as Emeq HaMelekh, this seems to be a reinterpretation of an old Talmudic myth where God castrated the male Leviathan and slew the female Leviathan in order to prevent them from mating and thereby destroying the Earth with their offspring. With Lilith being unable to fornicate with Samael anymore, she sought to couple with men who experience nocturnal emissions. The text states that God has "cooled" the female Leviathan, meaning that he has made Lilith infertile and she is a mere fornication....Which would make a fun one shot where Adam makes the dickless joke after Lucifer's taunt.
>>154703687I said it was a good chance he's coming back. His voice actor said we would see what happened to his body in season 2. The season 2 stuff got pushed to season 3. Suddenly his voice actors answer changes to, that he doesn't know what happened to his body. I used to believe that he was not coming back, but no. Yeah they talk about him too much. Plus the fact that he was included in the pride merch, of all things?
>>154703722Literally this.
>>154703798Argh. No phone, I said: I THINK THERE'S A GOOD CHANCE HE'S COMING BACK. Blasted piece of junk.
>>154703798i remember back before season 2 aired there was a leak claiming that adam's body ended up passed around hell in a series of unfortunate mishaps while charlie tried desperately to retrieve it, until maybe his head was left to give back to heaven, and it's treated as a slapstick thing until lute goes absolutely ballistic. almost certainly fake, but you never know.
>>154703698Exactly. She neglects her daughter, through Charlie we get confirmation that she was emotionally neglectful because you don't end up like Charlie if the parent in question was not emotionally abusive to you, even if she didn't necessarily mean to come across that way (Erica's comments only cement that further), and the fact that they only had one child. To me, it seems like she didn't want a child? At least for the longest time. Also this is going into a rabbit hole, and the links screenshots have been shared here before, but... According to an alleged crew member who worked on the pilot, Charlie's thing, at the time, was that she was not supposed to be born? Like.... It was implied that her existence was essentially a mistake, and that she was tied to Roo/Evil. If we bite the bullet and just say that Charlie is not Lilith's biological child, but she ended up raising her for whatever reason, then no wonder Lilith was super distant with her. It's not her kid. That's just one schizo theory though. My money is that it's supposed to parallel Adam and Abel in a weird way? They're just really shitty parents lol she probably does love Charlie in the only way she knows how, she just doesn't know how to parent. I doubt Viv is going to go the evil Mother Gothel route,
>>154703757I had to do it
>>154703821Hmmm. That sounds... I've actually never heard of that? And it sounds very fake. It sounds on par with the whole "Lute kills Lucifer" leaks. If that leaks supposedly came from someone named "Roser" / "Rosier", or a similar sounding name, those were all fake. I actually got those screenshots. This person was claiming all sorts of shit: like how Lilith was actually redeemed, because she did what Heaven wanted her to do in Eden, which is having a family. And how Emily is Lucifer and Eve's child. This person sounded very certain and confident of what they were saying, but t obviously they were bullshitting. This was all stuff that was supposed to happen in season 2. I can share those screenshots later. They're pretty funny.
>>154703757>>154703852It’s the balls not the penis.
What if Abel cuts off Lucifer’s testicles with an angelic weapon.
>>154703880Here, just for your satisfaction
>>154703893He doesn't have one. He has a pussy. Lilith dicks him down every night with her massive schlong
>>154703719>>154703722>>154703798Retard here.I've always felt it was weird for him to be permanently removed as a character, given the whole plot/theme of season 1, so Viv directly saying so always made me flabbergasted.
>>154703929Adam’s death and return was supposed to be revolved in a single season because Lute would be hopeless and unstable.
>>154703925Abel isn’t a transman. Lucifer is.
>>154703929Schizo here. I would argue, in favor of Adam coming back, that technically speaking.. Alex did kind of say he would? I need to find the YouTube link. Give me a sec.
>>154703970that might've been in reference to lute's tulpa.
>>154702483It's like Overly Cautious Hero minus the "Go read the source material" ending
>>154703970https://youtu.be/YG5SZUXXO-U?t=1011Interviewer: "What do you think happened to Adam's body?"Alex Brightman: "Donated to science. Next question," (laughs) "Uh, I don't, you know, I want to— I always like to be honest & not try to like come up with fake answers & things: I don't know. Um, I don't know what happened to his physical body. I know that his sort of, like, non-corporeal form exists in Lute's head. Um, which, you know, maybe we're done with, maybe we're not. I, you know, certainly S2. I don't— Who's to say in S3 or S4.">I don't know what happened to his physical body. I know that his sort of, like, non-corporeal form exists in Lute's head.Maybe I'm spazzing too much but that to me sounds like his spirit is certainly alive & kicking, and it's not just a hallucination in Lute's mind. Plus, one of the cards, it says "Adam's APPARITION" versus "hallucination", which is usually used to describe a ghost. My crazy theory is that Roo has the body & using / manipulating his spirit. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard for him to get revived though.
>>154703368>Headcanon Alert
>>154703757I really need to read more shit like this. Where was this when half the authors make the devil this badass figure
>>154704077This world is owned by the devil. He hates being treated like this
>>154703456> First let's begin with Flowertunes Eve. They also have a dislike of Lute because by having a character she's not a viable candidate for self inserting. And a lot of it is rank with bargain basement misogyny. That despite Adam not showing a paternal bone in his body, Eve just has to be the warm, tender loving mother of humanity. She just has to be the sobering yin to his raging yang, the one who brought out the best in him.Like, let’s say Adam was a lot better in the past, that’s not who he was by the time he died. He was a bitter, miserable cunt who’d lived too long and whose attributes had got worse.Yet fans can’t seem to see that for Eve, though. Hmm, strange, given she has more right than him to be bitter.Lute doesn’t fit that ideal — “look at the way she treats Abel!” Like, it’s made pretty clear Adam didn’t care for him, but no one questions that.Lute strikes me as an Eve who was a fierce Amazon warrior queen on prehistoric Earth. The one who defended her children from predators at night, taught them survival skills, invented the spear (hence why she uses it), probably had to rescue Abel more than once from the jaws of a sabertoothed tiger, etc. That’s a far interesting character than the trad waifu so many fans are expecting.
>>154704150It’s not worth exploring who Eve was without seeing it in action in season 3.
>>154703427
>>154704150>it’s made pretty clear Adam didn’t care for him, but no one questions that.Viv literally confirmed that Abel was not among Adam's favorite child. I don't think he didn't love him, he just didn't *like* him and he'd actively demonstrate it... but people *insist* on him being a good dad, actually, and that his behavior toward Abel came later when it's made VERY clear that he didn't like Abel since the beginning. That shit really fucks a kid up. But Adam still gets leeway: Eve isn't allowed to do that though, for some reason.Me personally I like the idea she was soft and naive, but the world hardened her. But (I like to think) she was always a bit of a weirdo/freak. I dislike the notion that the apple fundamentally changed her as a person. I think the trauma from the scolding / consequences of eating the fruit fucked her up (insert Jessica's comments about Lute having a lot of trauma)
>>154704150large chunks of this fandom hate the idea of anyone genuinely loving adam (or allowing adam to genuinely love anyone) for who he is, because they view love as something only good people are allowed to feel and be given - ironically spitting in the face of the show's own themes. eve being adam's browbeaten submissive housewife who needs to be saved from him even from herself (oh poor thing doesn't know she's free!) is also somehow preferable for them than eve being adam's badass wife who wanted him always and fuck you for taking him away. they'd rather a woman make no choices than a woman who enthusiastically makes the 'wrong' one.
>>154704200Rule 34 taggers will be in for some serious work when they will have to add the incest and the mother and son tag to every Abel X Lute art on the site.
>>154704224>adam's browbeaten submissive housewife who needs to be saved from him even from herself (oh poor thing doesn't know she's free!)Funny how this is also said about Lute herself (assuming she's a Heavenborn creature made specifically to be his Lieutenant), holding both views about Eve and Lute respectively, but still saying that they are completely different characters. When, even by their own takes, it's the same person x2
>>154699879He used to namefag/tripfag until people started bragging that they filter him out
Viv liked this on bluesky. I love how this incidentally makes fun of the Eve/Lilith arguments with the whole hair/wardrobe/jewelry change...
>>154704241Part of that comes from the misandrist/misogynistic (it's both) belief that women can do no wrong, and any time they do it's a mans fault, so they project that onto their headcanon version of Eve.
>>154704279This was meant for >>154704224The page must've scrolled when I clicked lmao
>>154704259Yeah that's really what makes no sense to me. They say Lute can't be Eve but they list the exact same characteristics for both. Made for Adam. His helper/partner. Would be pissed by his death and wants revenge. Genuinely loves him despite him kinda being of an ass. Rocky relationship with the kids. Treated like an afterthought by heaven.
>>154704150>And a lot of it is rank with bargain basement misogyny.I feel like you have no idea misogyny is and even if you did, why wouldn't Eve be misogyny personified when Adam is misandry personified?
>>154704293Literally the same characters: just one younger than the other. But her being Genesis Eve is "removing" Lute's agency lmao Ironically, these are the people want Roo/Eve to be a thing.
>>154704288Understandable. No worries.
>>154704294Because that's Lilith, you moron.
>>154704294>why wouldn't Eve be misogyny personified when Adam is misandry personified?Enter Lute treating her female soldiers like crap and calling Vaggie weak lol
>>154704150>Lute strikes me as an Eve who was a fierce Amazon warrior queen on prehistoric Earth. The one who defended her children from predators at night, taught them survival skills, invented the spear (hence why she uses it), probably had to rescue Abel more than once from the jaws of a sabertoothed tiger, etc. That’s a far interesting character than the trad waifu so many fans are expecting.Despite fans probably having a meltdown when it will be revealed that Lute is Eve I'm fully expecting for people that watch the show later on to actually give Viv some credit as a writer for deviating from the standard Eve template and actually creating a strong female character instead of some submissive flower girl. Despite the retardation that will come post reveal Viv's version of Eve might be remembered fondly after everything is done.
>>154704222> But Adam still gets leeway: Eve isn't allowed to do that though, for some reason.Yeah, gender stereotypes and misogyny.> Me personally I like the idea she was soft and naive, but the world hardened her.Oh no doubt. She was cast out of paradise, forced to endure the agony of childbirth for hundreds of childhood, many of whom she had to watch grow up into awful people who did awful things. She probably found Abel’s smashed open plains on the fields and was forced to banish her firstborn. And if what I’m guessing is correct, she either went to hell or purgatory as her reward.
>>154704371100% agree. She already sounds awesome on paper. Funnily enough, the people who fight for the leaks overlook the fact that Lute is following what Eve does in the outline.>Eve gets mad at being blamed for the original sin>Lute is pissed because nobody is listening to her. Jessica Vosk says she tries hard to do a good but it gets misunderstood. Has a 'sympathetic reason' to hate sinners. "Angels don't make mistakes" -> *I* don't make mistakes...>Eve wants revenge against both Lucifer and Charlie>Lute establishes she has a sore spot for Lucifer as early as season 1: targets Charlie in 'Gravity', straight up lies about Lucifer being the leader during the attack against the Hotel>Eve wants to destroy Heaven and Hell>Jessica Vosk says that our understanding of Heaven/Hell will be turned upside down and Lute plays an important part in it, in the CONFLICT of Heaven and Hell. She's literally just Eve.
>>154704371Exactly. Maybe she started off as the flower girl but was transformed into what she is now before hardship and loss and thousands of years of bitterness.
>>154704440Oh and Vaggie calling Lute "THE failure" (yes, it's in the official transcript) like, lol
>>154704440This is why I believe Eden (where I believe Lilith currently is) is where Eve was sent to when she died, maybe after a spell in purgatory. A kind of consolation prize that keeps her shuffled out of the way. And where the season 3 finale conflict will take place. And I do see her S4 plans devolving into Vox’s, “You know what? Fuck Hell, Fuck Heaven and Fuck all of you!”
>>154704516>maybe after a spell in purgatoryIt was confirmed in Helluva Boss that purgatory doesn't exist.>Eden (where I believe Lilith currently is)Lilith is in Heaven: noted by the winged trees & the light. Eden isn't in Heaven (that doesn't make much sense) - Eden is on earth. On the card, it's titled "Lilith's Garden". This seems to have been a designated place, if not outright created specifically for Lilith as part of their deal ("If you want to stay here, you're going DOWN there..."). It's not Eden.
>>154704570Oh word? Didn’t know that. Well, learn something new every day.In that case, she probably went to Hell and spent a long spell there before being given passage to heaven. My best guess.
>>154704570It’s going to be Eve. Lilith wouldn’t ever be interested in returning to the garden she viewed as her prison.
Give it a rest Bugcuck. Nobody subscribes to your ""Lilith Eve"" shit. Nobody is even refuting you anymore because it's just not worth it. Read the room.
>>154704749I'm glad that shit got debunked. The people who latch onto it are desperate for Lilith to be painted as a good mom.
>>154704735Why do you keep trying to get a response from Looty. You've treated a lot of people like shit but think you're good enough to start normal conversation, as if people are interested in hearing what you have to say. Go talk about your schizo ramblings on reddit, fucking loser.
>>154704906You constantly treat me badly every single day and despite it all, I don’t want any of you to humiliate yourselves as “entertainment”. And that’s because I am a son Jesus raised.
>>154705026>You constantly treat me badly every single daySo leave. Stop posting. You are not wanted.>I don’t want any of you to humiliate yourselves as “entertainment”.Nobody fucking asked you for whatever pity you pretend to have. You didn't even acknowledge what I said: you treat others like shit and then pretend you're cool enough with everyone and like you can be part of conversation. Take note how nobody is entertaining your schizo NTR "Lilith Eve" shit takes. You're garbage.
>>154704899Same. I'm certain this was never an established plotline within the show either. But people essentially gaslit themselves into thinking it was
>>154705399Trust me. Every mockery, lie, and accusation you perform against me is recorded by God. I don’t work under your own corrupt sense of justice that has nothing but endless grudges and endless vengeance that leads to Hell.
>>154705428You need some serious self-reflection.
>>154704150Flowertunes as it currently stands in the fandom is basically Adam x OC yet certain people swear up and down that it's the most canon ship of all. Some of them have a rather condescending attitude toward Lute. Like they're certain that Lute's arc is leading toward a rude awakening than Adam never cared about her and she'll do something because she sees him reunite with Eve (who usually turned into Roo in their headcanon). They complain that Lute being Eve is Guitarspear cope but if they stopped to think about it for five minutes maybe they'd consider whether Adam and Lute's dynamic was made so appealing specifically to lead up to this exact twist.
I will never be over the idea that in a story about Eve being blamed and spoken over the fanbase is blaming and speaking over Eve in favour of their own idealised vision of what a woman should be.
>>154706417>They complain that Lute being Eve is Guitarspear cope but if they stopped to think about it for five minutes maybe they'd consider whether Adam and Lute's dynamic was made so appealingExactly. People don't consider the fact that the reason the ship and their dynamic is so appealing is specifically due to the fact that she's Eve in the first place. Yes, everything about that claim is so odd. That wanting her to be Eve is Guitarspear cope when ironically a lot of said shippers (who are Lute larpers) DON'T want that. They also act like the ship needs validation in the first place. It's kind of just..... Like, it took my friend who isn't a schizo about any of this to tell me that she herself came to the conclusion that Lute is Eve (before I even told her that was my theory) for me to realize that, that it's a natural/organic conclusion? And at that point I can't tell (because of my bias) whether that's amazing writing on Viv's end, or it was just a happy accident. I can't wait for S3. The reveal is going to cause a shitstorm...I know most people hear say it doesn't matter to the greater fandom, which I am generally inclined to believe, but you have to remember, her. Being Eve? We're going to get her side of the story, we're going to get her version of events of what went down, and I believe this ultimately ties into Charlie because she idolizes her parents and most likely believes that what they did was a heroic act. She's going to get that same dreadful realization that no, her parents are not heroes in this story, they royally fucked not only themselves over, but everyone else. It's going to be even worse, if it turns out that Eve in fact didn't want the fruit in the first place and that she has every right to be upset. Who knows, we might even get a potential fallout with her and her parents, where she will possibly confront Lilith about it.
>>154706473There is something going on with Lilith. I mean, obviously so, but I mean specifically in Charlie's storybook. And I keep pointing this out to people: she hesitates In stepping forward to Eve, while Eve is looking sad for whatever reason. I don't know what that means, I just know that visually at least, it's meant to convey something to us. I don't know if this means Lilith new what was going to happen, if she knew what her and Lucifer were doing was wrong, if she suspected something, if she was acting out of pettiness, or if she was simply privy to Roo/Evil, And still chose not to say anything. There's some weird shit going on there, and I suspect it also ties in with how strongly Lute apparently feels toward her.
>>154706449It's the biggest irony in the fandom. But I don't expect them to get that. Also, that top image should be her in her Eve form, back when she was innocent in the garden...
>>154705705Why the fuck are you so concerned with what Looty says or does, you fucking perverted ass freak? The hell is the matter with you?
>loudly munches on ribs next to (You)r ear
Splitting Eve from Adam has to have been a deliberate punishment. Thinking back to Raphael's discomfort at how much Adam loves Eve in Paradise Lost >>154701043 ... disclaimer that obviously it's not a guidebook to what will happen in Hazbin Hotel but it is an extremely famous public domain source that supposedly Viv has read so it's not beyond reason that she's influenced by it.Maybe the angels saw their bond as a mistake. Too corrupting. Especially if Adam willingly left the garden for Eve. So they decide she must be his helper as originally intended but without any of that awful romantic stuff that distracted Adam from his lofty purposes.
>>154706632Because unlike himself, she's actually likable, fun to all to and can backup her schizo delulu rants. Literally everybody on this board is except for himself, so he has to tear her and others down. It's either that, or he wants to dick her down real bad. I can't tell which.
>>154706651- Lute says in Gravity: I've got a job to do, my mission is incomplete. - Jessica Vosk said that the line, "I'm here to finish what I started," holds a lot of significance for Lute,- In a collider article, it was said that Lute is "On a path of redemption for Adam',"All that, coupled with what you're saying, makes me wonder if the whole Exorcist thing was part of some self-imposed mission, or she was told that this was the only way she could redeem herself and Adam for what happened. And part of her punishment was that she couldn't tell him the truth. I'm just spitballing though.
>>154706677Hmm I think it's a bit of both. The extermination thing specifically may have come later after she's had a few thousand years to stew. I think Adam must have had his mind alterered in some way not to recognise Eve. Why do that? Bam, in Paradise Lost we've got a literary source for the angels considering his excessive love for his wife to be a flaw. Maybe in Hazbin they 'corrected' it.
>>154706742>angels considering his excessive love for his wife to be a flaw. Maybe in Hazbin they 'corrected' it.Wait though, that actually fits with him fucking literally everyone else except her. Holy shit. Viv please, if you're reading this...
>>154706757Paradise Lost's Eve considers herself and her bloodline to be cursed too. After the Fall she's distraught and she suggests to Adam that they should either vow to never have children or straight up kill themselves. Adam talks her out of it but that is her mindset.
>>154706790I know in "Apocalypse Of Moses; The Old Testament Pseudepigrapha" Eve has a very extreme mindset, grieving over what was done, and she (well both her and Adam but she's cranked up to the nines) enacts all sorts of punishment on herself, begging and pleading to God to forgive her for her transgressions. I don't know, it definitely reminded me of Lute. Giving that Viv also listed a Paradise Lost as an inspiration, I wonder if they're doing something similar because Lute definitely gives those vibes
>>154706826I've never heard of that, I'll seek it out. Lute absolutely gives those vibes she's a total self-flagellating weirdo (affectionate).
Of course the other great thing about reading through Paradise Lost for the first time is it lays the groundwork for that most seminal work on Abrahamic angels and demons (Digimon: Digital Monsters)
I do fucking love how much of a wife guy Adam is in Paradise Lost. I was expecting him to be more, idk, patriarchal? But instead it's all ahhh Raphael I know she's supposed to be inferior to me but I just don't feel that way when we're together, my wife is so clever, I love spending time with her, my wife is so wise and pretty. And Raphael is furrowing his brow and is all uh Adam she's just a fucking woman
>>154707124I'm genuinely wondering. Did Viv actually read Paradise Lost or is larping that she actually read it?
>>154707164She might have read or gotten the gist of it. Who knows, maybe that's why she gave Adam and Lute such a fun dynamic.
Which is the interview where Jessica Vosk says after the big reveal people will want to revisit Season 1 to hunt for hints that [plot twist] was going to happen?
I know that the whole point of her character was to dissapear he moment she wasn't useful to the Vee's anymore, but i wish we had more scenes with her.
She was so hot
Did Velvette do porn?
I will put money on Adam forsaking Paradise to leave hand in hand with Eve being the deed that got him into Heaven. Direct parallel to Pentious sacrificing his life for others
>>154707701Maybe the angels offered to make him a third wife if he rejected Eve after she became tainted by the apple but he refused and decided to leave paradise with her. Showing that he truly cared for her.
>>154707720Fuck imagine if the angels offered to unmake Eve
>>154707728That would be pretty dark.
>>154707728eve becoming lute means they did that anyway. if raphael is a shitbag about eve in paradise lost, then he might still be one in hazbin. maybe he approaches her later in heaven and is like 'hey, remember when you fucking ruined everything? let's fix that'. of course they'd need a reason for eve to disappear. oh hey, seven years ago, uprising against heaven... maybe eve was 'killed' during it and that's the vengeance adam seeks. it'd completely explain why heaven ignored hell all this time then suddenly went nuclear.
>>154707691Probably.
>>154707837I don't think Lilith or any of the morons she rallied actually got anywhere near Heaven. Pretty sure the Angels saw was she was doing and confronted her. After that they basically discussed the deal that let her into heaven.
>>154707863them going down to challenge her and tell her to knock it off, the way sera did against vox, and eve seemingly being killed as a result (and nobody besides adam really caring beyond 'that was one of ours asshole') would explain why sera fled rather than fight vox quite neatly though. lilith deciding something's fishy and going to heaven to figure out what the fuck actually happened might also explain why she's still there.
>>154707837Ehh, I’d rather the show didn’t present us a figure for us to go “there you go, it’s all their fault, go boo and hiss at them” as a means of giving Lute!Eve an excuse. Kinda undermines the message of not lumping the blame all on one person.
>>154707681>>154707685Hopefully she returns next season. I mean, they went to the effort to give her a name.
>>154707933that is true!
>>154707685>>154707962Also, they better have god damn actual nudity next season, because it's wild going from Drawn Together (released when fucking Jorge was president) with actual nudity in nigh every episode to a "modern adult cartoon" with none.
>>154707933I think it wouldn't be Raphael himself meting out punishment but more a general attitude of the angels toward what went down between Adam and Eve. Having one villainous elder angel would be dumb. On the other hand I do not think the is going to be a story of stupid Eve bringing everything on herself, what a tragic (in the classical sense) evil woman. That misses the point of the kind of story Viv wants to tell entirely. She wants to tell a story that points out how badly Eve was wronged. Let it be a murky grey mess with blame on all sides.
>>154708036>That misses the point of the kind of story Viv wants to tell entirely. She wants to tell a story that points out how badly Eve was wronged. Let it be a murky grey mess with blame on all sides.Anon...you remember Stella? Or how about all the jokes about Lilith being Stella 2.0.
>>154708050Anon, Viv has literally said she hates how Eve is blamed for everything and wants to tell a story about that. Stella is a very different character from a different show and is irrelevant to this.
>>154708036> Let it be a murky grey mess with blame on all sides.Exactly, that’s my point. The fact the high angels gave Lute!Eve passage into heaven (if that’s what happened) indicates a “Ehhh, alright, let’s throw the kid a bone.”
>>154708060First off, I don't know what kind of education Viv recieved but The Original Sin is nearly always blamed upon Adam, because he was the man.>Like Adam, they [Israel] have broken the covenant—they were unfaithful to me there (Hosea 6:7).>Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, … death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam (Rom 5:12, 14).>For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive (1 Cor 15:22). All men are implicated in Adam’s sin, as St. Paul affirms: “By one man’s disobedience many (that is, all men) were made sinners” “sin came into the world through one man …” (CCC # 402).>The Headship of Adam – Scripture teaches of the headship of the husband in marriage (cf Eph 5:22; 1 Peter 3:1; Titus 5:2; Col 3:18). When God ordained marriage, He stated, A man shall leave his father and mother and cling to his wife, and the two of them shall be one (Gen 2:24). The man leads the marriage and is its head, but this makes him ultimately responsible for what takes place in that marriage.Second, there is a reason people semi-seriously talk about Viv being misogynistic and why Lilith become Stella 2.0 when Season 2 came out.
>>154708070She was raised Presbyterian, I think. They're silly about things like that. Also a lot of people think that it's "Eve's sin" instead of the true "Adam's sin" because bad theology or something I dunno
>>154708134something something thanks to feminism Adam is free of guilt, ironic
I don't know about you guys but I've seen a Helluva lot of jokes online about women ruining everything dating back to Eden. It may be Adam's sin theologically speaking but in the public consciousness it's Eve's.
>>154707465https://screenrant.com/hazbin-hotel-jessica-vosk-daphne-rubin-vega-interview/“We did several, several iterations of who Lute could be, what she sounds like, where is she coming from, what’s going to happen, all of these little teasers & tiny ways of what’s to come. & it’s something that I wasn’t expecting,”
>>154708070>I don't know what kind of education Viv recieved but The Original Sin is nearly always blamed upon Adam, because he was the man. It's almost like people have different upbringings and religions have different views. Crazy, I know right. Moron
>>154708184I was raised in a faith where the blame is more placed on Eve than Adam. Typically the first sin is used to ascribe blame on women. Largely depends on what faith/sect you were raised in, as well.
>>154708214I was raised Anglican and honestly have no clue what it's supposed to be for mine. I don't think Big Harry 8 thought about it much beyond 'what will let me marry Annie B'
>>154708206I can literally open any edition of the Bible, where Adam is straight up named as the guilty party in numerous verses.Even in fucking Quran, both Adam and Eve were guilty at the same time even though they were forgiven after repentance, and there is no Original Sin.
>>154708232>I can literally open any edition of the Bible, where Adam is straight up named as the guilty party in numerous verses. It's almost like people have different upbringings and religions have different views. Crazy, I know right. Moron
ngl any form of the bible stopped being a useful reference point for hazbin lore the moment lucifer and lilith entered the picture. neither of them are in the bible.
Oh yeah, Lute definitely acts like she's overcompensating, and Sera treats her like a problem child. She's absolutely Eve. Also, she was described by Viv and Sam as embodying feminine rage, which refers to the historical oppression of women, her song is Salute by Little Mix (a female empowering song) - which lines up with what Viv said she wanted to explore regarding the Adam and Eve story. Jessica accidentally providing the spoiler is just a cherry on top. Oh and of course the, "she's not who you think she is" is it dead giveaway. Lute is Eve, I'm so excited to see it for next season.
>>154708254People overlook that for some reason. "B--b-buh m-muh Bible!" Lilith and Lucifer exist.
>>154708214yehhh same here Eve is generally treated as stupid or a temptress for roping Adam into it. It's not uncommon for her to be viewed as the harbinger of sin. Definitely liked up with Lute too, on account of how much she wants to get rid of sinners and her hate boner for them.
>>154708193Lol she's not even being subtle is she.
>>154700452LMAO decimated that Eve Lilith Rosie shit on the spot!!!!
>>154708254>>154708270people aren't talking about the show though? If you are a Christian and read the bible, you would know Adam is the that got blamed. just because you might be from a nutjob ville where Eve is the only sinner, it doesn't change the fact that Viv is wrong if you take even a cursory glance at any Bible. Just because normies are stupid about it doesn't mean it is true.fucking hell, Eve isn't even mentioned when the last time I remember a Pope was talking about the Original Sin. https://www.vatican.va/content/benedict-xvi/en/audiences/2008/documents/hf_ben-xvi_aud_20081203.html
>>154704224>>154704259That Skyen faggot pulls this card constantly like the "good male feminist" he portrays himself as. In his reaction to Storyteller, he kept saying how Hallucination Adam was way more supportive of Lute than the real Adam and that she had no reason to be in love with someone who treated her so poorly. For someone whose whole schtick is analyzing a show frame-by-frame, he has zero media literacy regarding any relationship that doesn't fit his preestablished worldview.
>>154708363People don't want to debate actual fucking theology with you in the Hazbin Hotel thread. It's relevant only insofar as it supports theories for our cartoon show. If you're not talking about how anything relates to Hazbin Hotel then fuck off to /lit/ or /x/.
>>154708363It's almost like people have different upbringings and religions have different views. Crazy, I know right. Moron
>>154708411Their religious knowledge is also just completely off.
>>154708363>people aren't talking about the show though? This is a board for Hazbin specifically. Yes, we're fucking talking about the show you idiot. No, not everyone believes in the pope. Why the fuck are you linking that stupid shit. Get out of here.
>>154708363>nutjob ville where Eve is the only sinner,This says more than enough about your close-mindedness regarding other faiths and belief systems. Get your retarded faggot ass out of here, you piece of shit. You lack basic reading comprehension.
>>154708363>papacy
>>154708395That fag has a hate boner for Adam so he'll ignore everything just to be a hater. He's basically part of the Lute Larper crowd. I wanna see him jump through hoops when Lute turns out to be Eve. He will probably say some bullshit about how her being Eve shows us how deep Adam's grooming was or some retarded shit like that.
>>154708484Especially when it's revealed that she's Eve, the larpers, as much as I wish they would leave, they're probably going to double down on their whole thing about how she was abused by Adam. In fact, the people who hate this theory specifically say that aside from removing Lute's agency, say that it would be disgusting because she's going back to someone she was forced to have sex with and bear his children. Get ready for this new wave of Eve larpers.
Who the hell uses normies unironically.
>>154708265She's absolutely Eve. People are in denial about it at this point though.
>>154708499>Get ready for this new wave of Eve larpers. That's sounds so fucking awful but so incredibly likely to happen. We truly are accursed.
>>154708509Shut up, normie
>>154707465I linked you the wrong interview, my bad. Here is the thing you were asking for: “S1 is a setup for what you're about to see in S2 with my character, which is a lot more badass than I even know. [ ... ] I think everybody is going to gasp at the end of this season in a massive way. Fans are not going to expect it.” + “S2 is going to blow the lid off of what you think of good & evil,” https://movieweb.com/vivienne-medrano-jessica-vosk-daphne-rubin-vega-hazbin-hotel-interview/
>>154708603Bear in mind: this was before we knew what season 2 was going to be about. Then of course they left on that cliffhanger with Lilith. Which later Viv confirmed they did that on purpose, and she apologized for it because it was made with season 2 being the Lilith season in mind, and that they pushed all that stuff back to season 3. Which is why we didn't get any of the stuff Jessica said we were going to get with Lute. So basically just move season 2 to season 3. So my guess is that we're going to get the Eve reveal right at the end of the season, which will then be the setup for season 4, the gold season
>>154708509Idiots do. Specifically those of the bug variety who have an NTR fetish.
>>154708603>I think everybody is going to gasp at the end of this season in a massive way. Fans are not going to expect it.This interview was in 2024. Jessica has NOT been able to contain her excitement about Lute being Eve... Lol You can tell she's a newbie at all this.
>>154708553I don't know what's worse: Eve larpers, Lute larpers, or them fusing into one.
>>154708615I think it can work with Lute!Eve being the surprise villain for the season 3 finale, especially if the season teases the mystery of where Eve is as a subplot. She probably tells Abel the truth offscreen during the season and the two team up for revenge on the Morningstars for the finale, before exiting stage right for Eve’s master plan in Season 4.It could be the first and only instance of the villain winning in the show, especially as I think Season 3 will end with Lute!Eve killing Lucifer.
>>154708676Lute!Eve killing Lucifer.LMAOOOO that's not happening. Not the Lute being Eve thing since that's a given, but the killing Lucifer bit. People tried to claim fake leaks that outlined this very scenario as true too. He ain't dying.
>>154708676>She probably tells Abel the truth offscreen during the season and the two team up for revenge on the Morningstars for the finale, Abel helping her??? Lol. The narrative goes out of its way to show us how he opposes her and her views. Let's be so for real right now. He's not going to be on his mom's side.
>>154708710It's could be possible he ends up helping her. After he finds out and activates "listen to your mom before you get an ass whooping" mode. He'd probably be reluctant and kinda fumble around being a sidekick to his mom.
>>154709183i could see abel's arc being 'you don't have to be like your parents', perhaps to parallel charlie with lilith, and that'd start with rejecting whatever lute has planned even if he initially goes along with it out of fear/desperation for her approval. i still think it's notable that abel, when he was scared and didn't know what to do, thought of his dad who he knew didn't like him for comfort, confidence and inspiration and not his mother. 'eve was a perfect mommy' truthers take note...
>>154708703I mean, if Vox can capture Lucifer, is it really that far out Lute!Eve could kill him? Especially if she manages a dirty sneak blow from behind with her holy steel arm of hers.Thematically, it’d make sense given she lost Adam, so Lilith and Charlie lose Lucifer. And the tragically natural end to Lucifer with actions finally coming back to bite and claim their due.>>154708710Ehh. It all depends on how they pull off him learning the true, the exact nature of Lute!Eve’s past and just how pissed off the whole thing will leave Abel. We still don’t know the nature of their relationship while they were alive. As someone suggested, he could become a reluctant accomplice at most, realising too late just what he’s got himself into. At the very least, he could be very morally conflicted over what he’s learned.Plus, if things go south between him and Emily, that could drive him further into Mommy’s arms.
>>154709462> “You don’t have to be like your parents!”> “… I don’t wanna be different.”
>>154708529Anon. Literally nothing in the show has anything pointing to Lute being Eve at all.
>>154710080>Headcanon Alert
>>154709462>when he was scared and didn't know what to do, thought of his dad who he knew didn't like him for comfort, confidence and inspiration and not his mother. 'eve was a perfect mommy' truthers take note...To be fair, this was combat/a live fight scene going on. I doubt he would think of his mom, given that Adam is the embodiment of the masculinity Abel thinks he should be. Not only that, but if we really are doing the whole Lute Eve thing, he does in fact think of her: "I wish that I could be like anyone else" as Lute is reflected in his eyes. That's very pointed imagery. It means he wants to be like her, for better or for worse.
>>154710080HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
>>154710080Moron. Nobody asked you.
>>154710205something else interesting about that scene is that during the show, you only hear adam's voice overlap abel's during 'bitch you better fall back!', but in the official recording on spotify, adam's voice kicks in at 'let me stop you right there!' and he's present the entire verse.
You guys know I love Lute being Eve: however, something that does stump me is Sam half has described her as a "creature of Heaven" And that she was most likely psychologically conditioned to the point that Abel, who doesn't even copy his father that well (per Sam), stood to attention as soon as he tried. If she is Eve, which you know I believe, I do find it fucked up that apparently heaven did this? But I kind of tie it back to the whole " you shall crave your husband and he will nominate you". Do you guys think? Someone remind me to pull that interview for you guys later. Sam did a whole thing about gravity.
>>154710332Yes I noticed that!!!Did you guys also know that, Sam Haft confirmed that there is actually an additional portion to "Hear My Hope"? So apparently after Abel's part, Lute was supposed to respond to that, if I understand correctly. I don't know if they kept going back and forth or if this was after the whole thing was over, but it was basically a repeat of Gravity. They didn't want to put it in there because at this point she had done to rehashes of Gravity, and she hasn't killed anybody, so they didn't want to use it the third time if she wasn't going to do that. They recorded Jessica's piece, they did not record Patrick's piece. Meaning, there is an additional portion of hear my hope with Lute singing..... And I don't have it in my hands. I'm suffering
>>154710354Genesis 2 has Adam being introduced to multiple creatures before rejecting them and getting Eve.
>>154710485That has nothing to do with my post, but ok.
>>154710354>Sam half has described her as a "creature of Heaven"Does this not refute her being Eve?
>>154710560No, not necessarily. Viv also said she was bred to serve heaven. Someone can be bred, conditioned, or groomed for a role long after their initial creation. We say people are "bred for war" or "bred to lead" all the time without implying they were literally born in the military or born as leaders. It's about what they're shaped into.Creature of Heaven = her current identity/allegiance.Bred to serve Heaven = how she was conditioned or molded.Neither statement inherently says anything about her original identity. If the show reveals she was once Eve and later transformed into a soldier, those phrases could still be literally true. On top of all that, her file is classified in the playbill, meaning if she was literally made in heaven like all the other girls are, it would just say that.
>>154710598Also, to add: Sam have to mention this specifically in the context of Abel having been able to stop her. He emphasized that it was an automatic reaction, meaning she was trained/psychologically conditioned (this is the phrase he used) to behave this way. Addition the Bible verse where God tells Eve she will crave her husband and he will dominate her
>>154710625"Have to" = HAFT,My phone hates the name "Haft"
>>154710560No, that's just confirming that she is unwaveringly loyal to Heaven. She is Heaven's staunch defender. Both Viv and Sam have said this things about her.
>>154710625>Addition the Bible verse where God tells Eve she will crave her husband and he will dominate herGood catch, summarises their relationship nicely
>>154710598It sounds like too much of a hassle for the Eve position. Just because Eve was made in the garden that isolated from the company of angels and only had to obey Adam from there and the rest of her 900 years of life.
>>154710764Nah, it doesn't.
>>154710754>Good catchThank you kindly. I try to do my homework. Bug ain't the only here who was raised in a religious cult
>>154710625>>154710754The verse is> Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over youIt means Eve will want control over her husband.
>>154710806"To the woman he said: 'I will greatly increase the pain of your pregnancy; in pain you will give birth to children, and your longing will be for your husband, and he will dominate you.'"— Genesis 3:16International Version: "Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you."This means: Eve will continue to long for or depend on her husband. The relationship will become unequal, & Adam will have authority over her, often in a domineering or oppressive way.
>>154710806..... Do you not know how to read. It's literally saying the opposite you stupid fuck.
>>154710790It does seem that most of the regulars were either raised heavily Christian or are currently practicing Christians. I was not raised in a cult denomination myself (although I was raised with many of the trappings of 'heavy Church' - old stone, gargoyles, golden lecterns, communion wine, hymns and booming organ music) and one of the big appeals of these shows is they're a fun pop culture take on the mythology my culture actually believes in. I think most people here relate to that?
>>154710881Oh, I 100% agree. I just don't think Viv is using that to her advantage? I know that for practicing Christians, this show pisses them off, though I don't know why they continue to watch it? I think it's fun. There's so much you can do with it when you view the biblical mythology as just that, mythology you can borrow from.
Wait. So Looty was ALSO raised in a cult?Omfg she's like the cool genderbent version of Bug. With a brain. How about that.
>>154710905I am a practicing Christian and the show doesn't piss me off at all but again that all depends on the varied upbringings and personal individual tastes. Whether or not someone is religious, these characters and stories do live in the culturally Christian psyche and it's fun to see a Western pop culture take on it. Japanese pop culture takes on Christian mythology on the other hand, take your pick, you've got hundreds. Always loved seeing it from the perspective of a culture that views it all as exotic mythology
>>154710867Genesis 4:7>If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. It’s about control.
>>154710948My background is actually secular.
>>154710980Genesis 4:7 isn't about Eve or Adam at all. God is speaking directly to Cain after his offering is rejected. The verse is warning Cain about sin, not describing Eve's feelings toward Adam. Some Scholars compare the wording of Genesis 4:7 to Genesis 3:16 because the Hebrew phrases are somewhat similar, but that's a literary argument, not because Genesis 4:7 is describing Eve. Those are two different contexts.
>>154710980I love how people always use King Jimmy "Extremely Gay" Stuart (1 of Inglin 6 of Scotlin)'s Stop Listening To The Pope Please Super Bible as the be all and end all
>>154711004Nobody gives a fuck. Go away. You're ruining the conversation.
>>154711037Yupppp It's fucking annoying. It's not even accurate.
>>154711004No fucking wonder your religious knowledge is so ass. You don't even know what you're talking about. Holy shit.
>>154711058Why do you guys think Lute looked so butthurt when she called Peter a "glorified mascot" - I have my own schizo theory about it, as you all know, but I'm wondering if it's one of those things where I'm looking into things that aren't there.
>>154711139Share the schizo theory
>>154711072The majority of church goers, even former ones like you, never took the time to study and understand these verses and their meanings for days, weeks, and years.

>>154711218Neat theory, I could buy it
>>154711187>The majority of church goers, even former ones like you, never took the time to study and understand these verses and their meanings for days, weeks, and yearsnta but imagine telling current and former religious nuts they don't understand the bible like he does, I'm dead literally a Bible larper

>>154711218Her stitch face is so creepy here.
Just another day on Hazbin /co/.
I'm not going to allow you guys, I feel a bit bamboozled. I thought that the matpat fellow was raised in a cult. At the very least, that would explain his weird take on religious stuff. Since cults are notorious for that sort of thing.. But only today am I learning that he wasn't even raised like that. He's literally LARPing. Holy shit. I think I just somehow lost even more respect for the guy. That is crazy. I cannot imagine telling someone with full confidence, someone who breathed and lived the Bible that they don't know how to decipher their meanings. That's insane work. Well played. I didn't think I couldn't respect someone less.
Take a bite, anon.
>>154711364
>>154711359And what do you know of the Bible?
>>154711359That's why everyone says so. Just ignore him because he literally does not know what he's talking about. And that's on top of all the other stuff he's got going on: mental slowness, retardation, apparently he's deaf... Just let him talk to the wall.
>>154711237You think? I'm 50/50 on it myself, I just found that particular gesture super odd coming from her. She says it like she's.... I don't know, jealous? Bitter? Like.. SHE wants to be a glorified mascot??? lol
>>154711381Why didn't the Speaker do that to Lucifer?
>>154711438That's her son.
>>154711413maybe that's where and how adam and eve used to sit in heaven's court, because they were the mascots before him. if they spoke up they were told to quiet down too, and why should peter get the privilege to speak when they didn't?
>>154711487Oooh!! That's a good point..
>>154711454And?
>>154711596NOOOOOOO
WHERE ARE THE SEASON THREE LEAKS. I CANT TAKE IT ANYMKRE,
>>154711495like abel and peter - minus the romantic connotations - do seem to be being put into adam and lute's roles both visually and consciously by other characters, even against their will. peter sits beside abel in the court, and accompanies him to the meeting with sera. when abel's wishy-washy plan fails to appeal to sera, she turns to peter expecting a better one (which he fails to deliver, because much like abel he's not really meant for this role). in that respect, i do feel some pity for the abel/peter shippers. there was some guitarspear adjacent imagery there, although you could also take peter's 'i just watch the door' rejection of that role as symbolic rejection of that imagery too. on the other hand lol, lmao.
>>154711626Wow, see, I am so bad with things like that. Unless it's right in my face. Holy cow. I honestly didn't even think about that. Those are good points! I did not connect that. But within that context, then her saying that, or rather the physical gesture she does when she says it, makes sense. I don't mind Peter/Abel, But I never really got the impression they were into each other...
>>154711626>in that respect, i do feel some pity for the abel/peter shippers. The fact that a decent chunk of them had a meltdown over Pride Merch is hilarious though.Though really, why do they really care about "canon" stuff that much I have no idea
>>154711686Whther we want to admit it or not, canon is validation for headcanons. And yeah, fanfiction is a thing, the fandom is a thing, that's the entire point, but it's also funny when people pretend that canon confirming something that you want to happen isn't super validating. Fuck yeah people care about canon. Duh.
>>154711617Leaks here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-7uTdxrwKk
>>154711686i respect the abel/peter shippers for being our fujos in arms against the skinny twink agenda.on the other hand they really need to get a fucking grip jesus christ. i'm out here shipping guitarprincess mpreg even though adam's dead. once they set themselves free from the shackles of canon justification they'll be much happier.
>>154711731what the shit
>>154711713It might feel good but you don't have to have a meltdown about it. Plus canon ultimately doesn't matter since you like what you like, prefer what you prefer. Half of the posters here supports stuff here that isn't anywhere close to canon. GuiterPrincess, GuitarQueen, the one or two SpiderMoths. Even the wider fandom with their obsession with Charlastor has it.Go ship Abel and Peter. Hell, ship Adam/Abel if you want and call it GuitarShepard or something.
Obliterate Charlies butt.
>>154711742To be fair though, people like you are shipping or writing things that you know for a fact, for the most part. Of course, that has no chance of happening. Many people are trying to theorize and study these things, and they make genuine predictions of the show, things that they either want or they think they're most likely to happen. Of course they're going to be upset when canon doesn't go their way.
>>154711854>implying Charlie has a buttShe don't have allat
>>154711854She's sticks m8.
>>154711935>>154711975Obliterate Charlies mouth.
>>154711854I wish but Viv made Charlie so...thin compared her mother. And it is 100% delibirate because Lilith is stacked. Or say, Verosika from Helluva Boss.
>>154711858I feel weird because my experience with how the show turns out is normally what I want end up preferring. And this whole board will not think the same way.
>>154712040I wonder if there's a version of that image with the mother breast mogging her daughter but Hazbin themed.
>>154712040i'm still so curious where charlie got her little dog nose from when neither lucifer nor lilith have that feature.
>>154712134It's just a stylistic thing. They've said that technically all the characters have noses and ears, but to save time, they just don't draw them.
“Creature of heaven.”Yeah, meaning she was made by Heaven. Both Adam, Lilith and Eve were all creatures made by heaven.
>>154712388Technically yeah.
>>154712400Exactly, this is why they use a lot of these vague terms around her character. It’s gonna be really hard for the creators to talk in depth about her without giving away spoilers. Here TvTrope character page is going to be a spoiler minefield post-reveal.
>>154712400No, not "technically" - In the same way we utilize "bred for war". Don't be stupid.
>>154712428lute and adam's tvtropes entries are both so shit. i love how when you can tell someone's trying to be impartial but clearly doesn't want to engage with the viewpoint of the other side, so writes it as dismissively as they can get away with.
So question - no faggot bugcucks allowed, she's not Lilith or Eve: what do we think is going on with Rosie? It's already been confirmed that she's a sinner. Viv confirmed in an interview that overlords are sinners, she is referred to as a sinner by Alastor, and in a Q&A session, it was confirmed that only sinners can make soul deals. So for sure she's a sinner... But what do you guys think makes her so special? Do you think she's on a leash herself, much like Alastor was to her or?
>>154712503Being impartial is a good thing. People need to look at the bigger picture objectively and actually be educated in the subject matter they are talking about.
>>154712521I think she's like a puppet planted by Roo in order to get closer to Hell's residence and Overlords. I get the impression that she doesn't have a form she can walk around freely in, but she can probably make things and creatures? That's just a spitball idea though.
>>154712648She’s basically Roo’s number 1 in Hell. To quote Qui-Gon Jin, “There’s always a bigger fish.”If Lute makes a deal with her, she might end up replacing her as No. 1, and as angelic being, the power she’d receive would probably make her more powerful than Alastor at any rate.
>>154712503They just suck Lucifer's dick on Tvtropes. They're not even trying to hide it.
>>154712521yeah but in tvtropes (and a lot of places but it's most acute there) their attempts at impartiality come across as:'well this is the reasonable and well researched thing i believe, and this is the half-assed misrepresented thing some brainless idiots i hate think'.
So I hear people are assuming that we're not going to get a teaser or a trailer until this time next year? This suuuuuucks
>>154712736I like how flawed Lucifer is. I hope he gets what's coming to him. But I still like him overall.
>>154712040Yeah, I have seen stick figures with bigger curves
>>154712950lucifer's got that thing where i like him in a vacuum by himself but reading other fan opinions/analysis that endlessly coddles him makes me dislike him, which isn't fair to him.
>>154713022I get you. I hate how the glazers just overlook his sexism with his own wife. He talks shit about her too, being that she's a sinner and all, yet he misses her? If there's some dissonance there that I hope gets addressed. I don't think it's a writing issue. I also don't like how Charlie treats him. But she's a whole other bag of worms that I don't care for her. I really hope we get to see what actually happened in Eden.
>>154713050>If there's some dissonance there that I hope gets addressedThat's the same dissonance Charlie has.It very much feels like they have literal blind spots when they are contradicting themselves.
>>154712950There is a reason I think Viv cited Bojack Horseman as an inspiration.Lucifer has so much to answer for, and the fans tend to forget that. Viv saying how season 3 explores his relationships is what gives me hope that the consequences finally catch up to him, and as much as I love his character, he’s gotta face the music. This is what I think is gonna make Lilith so interesting. In contrast to Lucifer, I think she’s going to have a lot more self-awareness. She gets they’ve done far more harm than good and will be the one to really hold his feet to the fire. The animatic of Lucifer and Lilith arguing dubbed over Bojack and Diane’s argument is a taste of what I’m hoping to see.
>>154713134100% agree. Do you think, given how the characters are unfolding, meaning both Lilith and Lucifer, do you think they gave Eve the apple out of a genuine desire to help, to prove a point, to be spiteful? I could be way off but I think Lucifer is being painted as wanting to do good, but also prove a point to Heaven, that his ideas are actually good, so it would have been easy to have been manipulated either by Lilith or Roo.. with Lilith I'm actually uncertain because of that step she hesitates to take toward Eve. I can't tell if she's acting out of pettiness, because it kind of seems like she knew something was off, or she was just trying to get what she wants by any means necessary, even if it included collateral damage
It's been over 2 months. Everyone shows up day in, day out. For the same topic. Without fail.Is Lute Eve?
>>154713367Yup. Jessica Voska accidentally spoiled it. Next topic
>>154713410Don't kid yourself, we all know there's not going to be a next topic. This is the topic.
You could say it's a Hot Topic heh heh heh
>>154713435I'm a Lute Eve schizo: listen, nobody else likes to blab about this more than me and the small handful of schizos... But people are indeed actively trying to talk about other stuff. We know this is a given, let's be honest. It's going to happen next season, and people are going to be pissed. Might as well talk about other shit. Like... Do you guys think Angel and Husk will end up getting married in the series finale? I'm asking the tough questions now (not)
Lute schizophrenia general
>>154713454Huskerdust is a hashtag flop and so is cherrisnake in my opinion
>>154710659Duh, it's a queer fake name.
>>154713495I despise what was done to Cherri/Pent
>>154713367Yessiree Bob darn tootin'.
>>154713514It's so BORING. Like both characters are fine individually. I can't even think of any relationships I prefer for either of them. But damn it's so dull. Boring boring dull
>>154713272>>154713272Magic here. Sorry, that was my past reply. Forgot to put my name on it lolLook, it’s probably a combination of all kinds of things. They probably tell themselves it was the right thing, and Lucifer in particular might *want* to believe it. With Lilith, maybe she wanted to prove a point that Eve would leave Adam if she had free will. That way, she could tell herself she wasn’t the problem. She might have told Lucifer and herself they were doing Eve a favour, but knows the truth not too deep down. It’s why I see Lilith as a broken dreamer. That she knows they’re not the good guys. She hates the whole situation and herself. It’s why I’m hoping there’s a scene where she tells Charlie, if not borderline pleads with her not to use her as an example to follow.I could see Lucifer arguing his case to Charlie that they had no choice. That Eve was a blank smiling automaton. When pushed, I could see him looking solemnly away, conceding,> “Charlie… sometimes, even when you try to do the right thing… someone’s gonna get screwed over.”And THIS is why I truly believe Lute being Eve is not just gonna be a last minute reveal, but the climax of the season finale. A major focus is gonna be Lucifer’s relationships, which would include Eve. If the mystery of where she is is finally addressed, it makes sense it’s solved in the finale. With no other villain in focus (sure, Val’s gonna be the Vee focus this season, but I doubt the main villain), and with Lute being set up ala Vox in Season 2, it makes sense Season 3 is where she removes the mask and makes her move.If we have another finale that’s about 45 minutes long, we’ve got the set up for a gut punching, harrowing finale that sets the tone for the rest of the show.We might get our ‘Empire Strikes Back’ of finales where the bad guy wins. Given how Viv likes the comment saying how Eve deserves to kill people with hammers… I think Lute’s gonna do a bad thing.
>>154713578Dude, it pisses me off because I saw the potential in the pilot and I shipped it so hard back then. I read fan fiction that did it so well. All the ingredients were there. But Viv somehow made me UNship it. I've never had that happen to me before! I legit do not care about them whenever they come on the screen. I despise Cherri as a character. She's such an awful friend to Angel. I'm sure people feel the opposite though. Pent is... Okay? I guess? He's kind of boring. Baxter/Nifty is where it's at.
>>154713619But Looty didn't you hear Viv and Sam Haft think everyone's gonna love Piss most of all??
>>154713592>And THIS is why I truly believe Lute being Eve is not just gonna be a last minute reveal, but the climax of the season finale. Not only do the old leaks state that Eve wants revenge against Heaven and hell, but Jessica herself said that Lute plays a very important part when it comes to the conflict between Heaven and Hell, and that what we know of Heaven and Hell/ good and evil will be turned on its ass. She has said this twice. That's what it sounds like to me! Especially if we're supposed to have our view of Heaven and Hell flipped upside down, that means something big will happen.
>>154713638I DID!! I legit have no idea how Sam came to that conclusion because he raves on about Jessica, so I would assume.. that HE would assume it's a good song. By his own admission, the response Lute/Jessica got after her one little singing portion in season 1 was crazy. So I'm surprised that he assumed Pissed was going to take off. Self-awareness: zero
>>154713639Basically, Lute/Eve is going to be the catalyst of this whole thing. It's a domino effect.
>>154713435It is insanity to me. Especially for a theory that is dependent a lot more on out of show material than what is in the show.
>>154713660I think the Hazbin team generally has a good instinct for what the fandom will and won't like so I was pretty floored they all thought Piss was going to be the fan favourite song.
>>154713689Shut the fuck up Bugcuck. You don't even read what's in the show correctly. You think Zestial is Cain, of all things
>>154713639This is gonna be a deep pull for some of ya, but the best comparison I can think of is the finale of Felidae, where the fate of Claudandus and the villain’s scheme is revealed, followed by a climactic fight. That’s how I see Season 3 finale going down.
>>154713592yeah like we keep being told that charlie's going to end up in a really low/bad place and it's been confirmed by her VA that she'll have a song in complete opposite of 'happy day in hell'. there's not a lot of things that could trigger a breakdown of that magnitude. alastor betraying her? she's always known he was sketch. someone dying seemingly permanently? either it's not permanent or there's a chance they'll end up in heaven, given time (pentious didn't arrive instantly after all!). finding out the person who just did the killing had a real good reason to do it and her parents have basically been lying to her this entire time about the shitty awful thing they did to that person and have either actively deluded themselves into thinking they did good or spent their whole lives trying to ignore it? that could be the kicker.
>>154713746>her parents have basically been lying to her this entire time about the shitty awful thing they did to that person and have either actively deluded themselves into thinking they did good or spent their whole lives trying to ignore it? that could be the kicker. And that the victim of their stupidity has been right there, right in front of her face the entire time, that she turned out the way she did because of her parents. Yeah, that would piss me out too honestly.
>>154713697yeah like piss is just kind of okay, if you're invested in cherrisnake it's fine but i could cut cherri from the story and not miss her much. i wonder if seeing the response gravity got from the fanbase and the wider audience (even from people in amazon who weren't directly involved in the show apparently!) was a surprise or if they knew it'd be a banger?
This is not something new that I haven't said before... But if this really turns out to be the case, I will have to applaud Viv for that one because I would not have taken her to write such a good twist. Then again, she surprised me with making Adam straight, so I think I've been underestimating her. Even though I know it didn't really make an impact long term with the wider fandom, I do low-key if you feel a bit bad that Jessica spoiled the twist. But it's my shining star so,
>>154713775I wonder if Gravity would have been promoted so hard if it hadn't leaked. I kind of think... no? And that makes me sad
>>154713697They underestimated how bad their Pentious and Cherri execution was
>>154713813From Viv, I can understand because she seems tone deaf with a lot of her stuff. But Sam? I was surprised at his a lack of foresight there. Especially as the music guy, you know? How the hell did he think Piss would do better than Gravity?
>>154712040Her pilot form, which while thin, was not unreasonable with it's curves.I'm reminded of a funny video that has Charlie going through puberty and being upset by her lack of physical development.
>>154713732Zestial is Cain is basically Lute is Eve without the severe issues of there being a much better Cain candidate. And for Lilith to have a ally that would supply her with angelic weapons.
Ahh, Pissed was alright. Cheri and Pent, too. It was just no ‘Gravity’.
>>154713856Ah, here it is.https://youtube.com/shorts/rMaDXeJk4qY
I like Pentious enough in general that he's at least pretty cute when he's lovesick for Cherri even though the relationship itself is boring. Huskerdust though? Lights off honk shoo i sleep. That entire arc is static nothing fuzz. Love in a bottle and losing streak are the songs I always skip on the album.

>>154713746>>154713773It will be the nadir of Charlie’s spirit. She might even go, “You know what… let her. Let her destroy Hell. What does it matter?”Props if she already pieces it together before the finale confrontation and her spirit is already on the decline. The reveal might be for the audience than Charlie. By that point, she’s probably dejectedly like, “Of course… how didn’t I see it coming?”

>>154714297>>154714332Oh I can go nastier.> Lute!Eve’s eyes widen with realisation and her toothy grin is now up to her ears.“Oh-My-GOD, you had no idea! That must be *suck* for you!” (Keels over in laughter)
>>154714385>Charlie is horrified and crying her eyes out.>Nifty or Angel asks, whose her mother then?
>>154714385It could even be like that one scene from Kubo and the Two Strings, where the aunt tells Kubo and Monkey that Beetle is actually Hanzo (husband/father) and they didn't even realize it
>>154713900>This is as big as they are going to get?!It is especially depressing when your mom is Lilith
>>154714459>Lilith: Double G Guarantee.>Charlie: A-Cup of doom
>>154714428>THE DUCK is your MOTHER>Yes, the first Duck in existence that Lucifer cherished the most in Eden.
>>154713900Good morning U S A
>>154713367Real talk: Realistically, what else would they be setting her up for, if not that? (No Bugcuck, fuck off. You don't get to say shit.)
>>154714884A failed namelsss precursor of Eve.
>>154713367Well... give us something new to talk about, bruh. It's a dry period. We're probably not getting S3 til this time next year. Until then, we haven't got much to talk about aside from our favourite topics. Everything else is played out until we hopefully get news from SpindleHorse.
When will they kill demons again?
>"I am Raphael, one of the seven holy angels, which present the prayers of the saints, and which go in and out before the glory of the Holy One.">"Cowabunga!"
>>154715009I don't know but we got blueballed in Season 2. Like all the hype Lute got with Gravity went nowhere
>>154715116Oh my God. Are we doing this again? Holy shit. The hype for gravity wasn't meant for immediate payoff. Vox got to have his build up in season 1, and no immediate payoff. It was built up for season 2. Given that she's Eve, and she's clearly going bat shit, and the heavy implication from Jessica that we're going to get the reveal next season, this is build up for season 3.
Some princes don't become kingseven at the best of times i'm out of my miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiind
>>154715104Holy BASED anon
>>154715156ARE YOU SMELLING THAT SHIT? ARE YOU SMELLING THAT SHIT?! EAU DE RÉSISTANCE
>>154714177Oi.>>154715104
>>154715104>>154715196That's freaking awesome. I'll picture him like that from now on. Thanks a bunch!
>>154715210Yee. Now to pray Amazon delivers my pens tomorrow like they say they will.
>>154715171The only thing that's ever stopping me is mehey!!!The only thing that's ever stopping me is mehey!!
>>154714982I’m not even sure we why we even have threads here.
>>154714958So not many other options huh? I was genuinely asking because I'm very biased, so I was wondering if there was any other viable options. In case I'm seeing something that's not there or I'm not seeing something
If Adam used a gun, what would he use?
>>154715327He'd have a nerf gun. He'd shoot his targets with foam bullets, laugh about it then vaporize them with a classic Adam Blast
>>154715295They're here to be the Second Coming of /hbg/
>>154715295Because Lute Eve
>>154715295I've wondered why the mods are allowing it right now and I guess because these threads are pretty low maintenance? The autistic fixation on Lute theories keeps discussion on topic for the most part. If you look at say, the Digital Circus thread there's more blogposting and depression/mental health crises. We don't really have that. The posters here seem decently stable besides the autism.
>>154715413>blogposting and depression/mental health crisesI'm sorry, what now??? Mental health crises?? Like what, people are threatening, self-harm or something??
>>154715431Yep. It's pretty normal for 4chan generals. You have NO IDEA how easygoing this thread is.
>>154715295Because Adam wills it
>>154714287>>154714385Right. This is what I'm talking about. If Eve's gonna be the surprise big bad of Season 3, then let her completely own the room. Let her grind Charlie's ideals into the ground with the ball of her foot. After spending Season 2 mostly frustrated and kept at bay, she's earned this.
>>154715441Headcanon: Abel accidentally once called Sera 'Mom', and Adam spearheaded a one-man cyberbullying campaign against him.
>>154715441Blessed threadUs with divine ordainment
>>154715519I'm pretty sure that's the setup. Viv herself said recently in an interview that she doesn't like when characters are introduced solely to do their thing and then die. Adam was an exception, and still pending if he's actually going to come back. So. But anyway, she likes the setup, she likes for us to get to know the characters, per her words. Then coincidentally, she says that Lute is like a taking time bomb, she needs time to simmer and in a now deleted Blue sky post, said that they set her up real big. Recently, in the Washington summercon, Jessica said that she will get her time to shine. It's coming babes.
>>154715431There's a reason Homestuck was basically the reason all generals were banned until last year.
>>154715618And who brought back the Homestuck general? Vivziepop. Queen Viv.
>>154713739Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, woah woah woah, woah... woah... woah.A *Felidae* callback? In 2026?... You got class, Magic Man.
