Recently stumbled upon this picture of this elf-like beauty with a horrific prosthesis attached, and it really appealed to me- her horror at her new, grotesque body part, but especially the fact she's still beautiful regardless. So I guess what I'm looking for is beautiful women marred by mutation or similar, but are still beautiful in spite of it.

Not much art of this, but it the mc from They Bleed Pixels fits this. Show goes to a boarding school, before a cursed book makes her dream of being a clawed monster. Each day she wakes up a little more transformed and tries to get rid of the book, but it never works.
