For a twist it could be semi permament. Like for a year while the baby needs to be breastfeed. Naturally it could be extended if you get pregnant again from a natural cause too. Or if you end up enjoying breastfeeding too much and become wet nurse, so it would trick your mind and curse that you still have babies you need to feed.
