The lower the pressure, the better. Don't do any air compressor shit or sneaking to one of those gas station air pumps. Use something like a handheld pump, or a bulb pump.2. Belly massages, warm baths, some pre-inflation stretching, soothing herbal tea, poppers, whatever, it all helps to get bigger.4. The easiest way to orally inflate is to blow up a balloon, then let the air back into you and practice getting the air to go into your stomach.6.
