When upscaling with img2img I do this thing I found on a guide and it seems to work pretty well.You need to enable the upscaler for i2i in the settings,select an upscaler,use less than 0.3 denoise,and enable multidiffusion with "mixture of diffusers" on. For length and width you use the text to image resolution.And as a result you get a pretty fast upscale with added detail and good quality.

You will need some manual fixes after loading it, since it uses different tag scoring etc., but in theory you can re-create everything.
