They start to look like pic related on the regular. And then a story in such a world would take place where it's advanced even further-- a skinny chick could eat a hamburger and her ass would start getting bigger right then and there, instantly. Then, say it's a busy day at the hamburger place, and thus, a lot of borgers are being bought and eaten, and well, there you go.
