That VR game Resize Me (or Size Matters but I think that was the Uru one) was great, but it was effectively just a choose your own adventure style animation. I'm not saying it can't be done, but it'd take way more effort to make a good 3D giantess game compared to a 2D one. I personally think the best way to make 3D size games is to do what Resize Me did, and just have little vignettes that present a scenario, give you a few options to pursue, and a few endings per option. If you have any intention of actually finishing the game, keep the game to a single room. Could be a tavern or a nightclub, but it all has to take place in one room you just cram the most content you can in. Better to have one room chock full of content, than a dozen rooms of basically nothing.
