What I remember is he was always enthralled by her belly and napped with his head on it, and as he got older, he would be even more interested in her belly, and the aunt would tease him about where food goes by swallowing a chicken breast whole and tracing it down her throat to her belly. Once she’s asleep, he feeds her a bunch of stuff which she swallows whole asleep, ending up in him getting accidentally swallowed by her. They then start a game where she swallows him as a game. The story ends with him being too big to cough back up at one point and she accidentally ends up digesting him while drunk.
