Only thing I've thought of that's close to tentacles is hyper-sperm.

Zero, where you can either have a few strong monsters or a lot of weak ones. Characters move on a grid map, and each technique has a specific range, so positioning is important (think Live A Live's battle system).
Most importantly, the objective is NOT to defeat the enemy team, but to defeat the enemy Caretaker specifically; when that happens, monsters of both sides will be free to fuck the fallen Caretaker. Of course, some Caretakers take steps to prevent this - for example by being vored by bigger monsters and commanding them from the inside, or by wearing tentacle suits like equippable items.

Physical mutations are obviously stronger, but can also carry drawbacks - like, in this case, becoming more heavy and sluggish and dumb. Other mutations, like gaining the "acid mist" spell, do not carry the risk of negative traits, but using them is mentally exhausting, and overusing your magic can lead to your body devouring itself, your figure becoming scrawnier and emanciated or even melting into a slurry. And of course, the sacrificial mutations obviously require you to get eaten.

In the context of a world sim, it would just be a reason not to include them. You'd only include things big enough to mate with women (so giant bugs for those who like that sort of thing). To balance this sort if thing, it'd have to be that the woman usually survives but may be changed in some way like unable to birth anything other than this monster in the future.

The way imagine it is that characters are effectively a bag of organs. The brain being an organ that interprets and filters the information from all the other organs (hot right?). So in the brain the character would have their personality, and upon seeing things that arouse them it would trigger sexual organs.
So in this system all there need be is a penis on a masculine human, but I like the idea of being able to creating modifiers. The aforementioned shadow organizations, the also aforementioned “dark” powers' effects suddenly appearing…

When it comes to creativity, I think I have some ideas that I’ve been holding onto for quite a while, but honestly, I’m not sure what to call them.
