Plain rice isn't going to be good, get something to pour on top of it. Fruit is always great so you're on the right track there. I often buy a couple of pounds of grapes to finish off a stuffing because they're sweet and full of water and not all that high in calories.

As for me my gf is currently downstairs preparing half a dozen pizzas for me to gorge on.

Ooh the grapes sound like a great idea, good call! I've experimented in the past with swallowing them whole a bit, it's a pretty fun sensation if you can get it right and feel them move through the tract. Definitely should have a buddy in the house with that though in case of choking hazards.

Also fully agree on the rice, thankfully onions sauce and siracha is enough to keep me happy on that front. Pictured is a batch from last week when I was experimenting with cook times. It was two cups when dry, but I was easily able to get it down in less than ~20 minutes so definitely going to try to push it to three cups (pre-cook) next time as a solid base layer for the fruit and snacks. I'm also really into the idea of starting with a solid base layer of triscuits? It seems like the fiber would expand nicely and keep things from moving through the system too quickly.

Unfortunately stuffing had to be postponed last night, some friends showed up with a perfectly normal amount of pizza before I made it out to the store :( Really gonna go in on the rice and fruit asap though, hopefully after work tomorrow. Also got some good pics for the first time last week, but forgot to get a before shot so I want to hold off on sharing until the contrast can really be seen. It's personally much less fun when you don't have a baseline to know how much food is in there after the fact.
