Zero. Most are just doing primitive voronoi fractures or simple model swaps after the building clips. Heck, I'd go even further and say that genuine, weight-bearing structural destruction is non-existent in the entire animating industry, outside of high-end VFX pipelines like Houdini, which I wouldn't really count.
