Why did no one tell me about them? They are the best for getting marks off a wall
Not even the best eraser
>>2789785>>2789909The Mr Clean Magic Erasers are pretty good too. I found out it’s more like some 20,000 grit sandpaper in a way, but it gets rid of the marks and scuffs that regular cleaning supplies won’t touch.
>>2789929They also leave really obvious streaks on your wall because it turns the paint matte.
>>2789952Haven’t had that issue unless I’m trying to scrub off something that should obviously be repainted.
>>2789929It’s melamine plastic foam. Melamine is a pretty hard and friable plastic, but it won’t scratch harder surfaces than itself.
>>2789969And paint, of course, is not nearly as hard as melamine. So they'll scuff and remove paint - which may be desirable in certain situations, but it's definitely a destructive method for cleaning painted walls.>>2789929Also notable: the Mr. Clean brand ones are like ten times more expensive than cheap ones available online. Just search "melamine sponge." Some people say the Mr. Clean ones last longer, but it's hard to justify the added expense.
>>2790250Correction: 50 times more expensive.

Maybe besides the point, but isopropylic alcohol AKA propan-2-ol works better than erasers for removing pencil from walls
>>2790253I only use name brand. Mr. Clean put decades of research plus a touch of magic into those Magic Erasers. I support real Murricans like Mr. Clean and I don’t want to get near no ching chong diaper rash melaria sponges.
>>2790351>I only use name brand. Mr. Cleanmr clean is a homo gay if there ever was one
>>2790358Left ear buddy, that’s more man than you could ever handle! My uncle’s friend once went camping with Mr. Clean and Mr. Brawny and they caught 3 state record trout in one afternoon and had designed a new more absorbent mop before they even pitched the tent.
