Steam deck or similar handheld and a dock will easily beat the performance of your goofy mess of a notebook. Make a case/stand with all the crap you want to add inside along with a big battery pack and it'll do everything you want to do with this. Adding the solar panels directly on the thing seems like a waste of time when you could just get a separate panel and use it for more things.
