Anybody here have a decked drawer in their truck? Or any other drawer in the bed?What do you think of it and how does it work for you?

I had a good friend with a tacoma with bed topper that made one of these for camping/supplies. it was awesome. He did it with plywood, three drawers and side compartments with the extra space around wheel wells.i think he did half the bed length and had the other side as additional accessabile storage under a pannel.he covered the system with some super short carpet for planned sleeping I don't see a downside, especially if you're hauling plants all the time which are supremely bottom heavy, you don't need the whole bed height to keep them in>>2826961>>2826551i wish these were economical/possible diy addons>>2826815lmao thats TWO tools and a levelbut anyway not a system you can diy/implement with any ease

Seems like a waste of time and money and now you can’t load the bed with big items if you ever need to.I’m a handyman and I have a trifold bed cover. All my tools are in containers with tops. If I need something I take out the container. I think this is the optimal setup
