Took forever.

It sucked fucking ass, but it's over for the rest of my life
but worked out in the end as I was able to navigate the exceptions

already existing building, I spray foamed exterior with closed cell foam, I got the airtightness exceptions to the SB-10. I'm good homie. I can leave and rent this shit out with no problems.
