Alright nibbers, I have a literal square meter where I have to fit bathroom.
The place was intended for a shitter and a tiny sink but I need to turn it into a complete bathroom so I can rent it.
What are your ideas? I did pic related, shower in the center, sink in the corner, sliding door and lights turn on from outside.
the site is home by me

This has got to be a troll, right? The fucking bathroom in my RV is bigger than that. Don't rent that to anyone you fiend. Being homeless and using the YMCA bathrooms would be less humiliating than renting a place with a 1m^2 bathroom.

Anyway if you're serious, ditch the sink, and just make the whole space a shower with a floor drain.

Japanese unit baths can get pretty small, so that can be an avenue of research if you're stuck with the demented idea of trying to cram it all into one tiny room.
You're probably better off not trying to cram a bathroom into the same area as your toilet, since the toilet room likely isn't a wet-room and will need a complete overhaul for that anyway.

>but there's probably some inconveniences that only a person living there will realize over time.
like how their legs brush against the toilet seat AND the tissue holder every time they walk in.
or splashing from the toilet onto the curtain.
or bad odors moving towards the apartment instead of out the window, because of the extreme proximity to the doorway.

So, in china (hk), we have similar bathrooms, except the curtains go around the toilet and sink to keep them dry. Very common.

The only way to make this work is to have a toilet/sink combo like you would have in prison, and then have the shower be a "Full room" shower without a curtain. Having a curtain/glass will do nothing but make it miserably and stick to you while you're showering.

Just do what the japs do, vinyl panels on the walls with silicon caulk in the corners, sloped floor, basically make the entire thing a shower cell with a toilet and a sink in it. When you have finished this step, go inside, lock the door and open the can with the funny looking blue stuff and inhale deeply.

Can't believe you haven't gotten a single decent reply. You need to think more vertical, it's not 1m^2, it's a 2m^3 bathroom. Through use of luxurious materials, you can make it feel like a spa at a 5 star hotel.
The bathtub is japanese style, where you can comfortably enjoy a sauna-like experience. You don't need headroom to shit, you're sitting down.

you could do what my shitty ass old landlord did and put the sink literally a foot in front of the toilet so you can make solid eye-contact while dropping a log

but in all seriousness dude, please don't do this. it would be more viable in the long run to add enough space to make a separate bathtub and toilet/sink space, for all the pissed off tenants who will leave your ass with a room full of shit and broken glass
>>
>>2854412

>>

honestly this, i though myself on doing it for a workshop i have, add something so they dont slip in and maybe also a toilet seat (i mean picrel with some support from the wall) that can be retracted to the wall
>>2854412
kinda cool, would love to see a real world one before actually trying it
>>
>>2851897
Maybe you can put the sink outside the bathroom, cut a hole on the side of the wall where the sink should be, then you rebuild the wall over the sink.
You now saved a ton of space. The only downside is the sink sized bulge outside of the bathroom. Also don’t know if this is even possible to do desu.

The idea veing you fold it tothe wall to get extra standing floor while showering, and fold it out to use (it should lock on something to hold your weight).

On the side you could have a tiny wall to add resistance, and keep shit fom splashing to the side. I didn't draw it to make it easier to understand.

Think these folding paper thingies.
