I need to create stable, low noise split supply from 4 AA batteries for instrumentation amplifier and adc. What is easy but good way to do it? What chip is the best for this?

2 batteries make +3v and 2 batteries make -3v.

Charge pump/switched capacitor converter.

Inverting buck boost converter.

Post-regulate with an LDO as necessary to meet desired noise target.

Add more batteres.
You just said “not enough” instead of “X volts” which would have been easier so I assume you’re embarrassed at >>2863949’s answer of

if too low add two more batteries.
If not enough room, use AAAs.
…or go down to the dollar store and get some zinc carbon cells for $1.25.
