thinking about building a new dog house for my bros. I live in texas though it gets brutal in the summer. I was thinking of putting a little tiny window AC unit in it and insulating the shit out of it. Make it nice and cool on the inside. I would only have it run from sun-up to when I got home.

it looks good but is poorly framed and doesn't look like it's going to last long or keep the elements out. you had to use so many l brackets because you don't know how to frame properly.all the screws have bulged heads, is this an aesthetics thing? over time every single screw is gonna expand and contract, along with the wood and water will gain access.the room panels go under the metal you have to home then in, water is going to run right under it into the insulation and become just a humid shithole.it looks nice tho. but if the idea was to make shelter for a animal, this kinda sucks. you made it look good for neighbors and yourself tho.I feel bad for whatever animal has to use it.
