Looking for brand recommendations, primarily 2 classes of coveralls, one for hard use and one for everyday wear (warmth, comfort and simple)
>>
Hard use: Carhartt

Every day: Dickie's
>>
I want to wear one of these as casual wear, but I would feel like I look like a tool.
>>
>>2868138
You would. But you could easily just wear something that isn't a wagie onsie.

>class of coveralls for hard use
ebay search sort by cheapest >$20
throw in trash when destroyed
repeat as needed

If you wear one I don't think you'll ever come back from it. Only downside I'm trying to work out is conceal carry while wearing one.

Depends on where you wear it. In my small town if you wore them to the grocery store, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and places like that, no one would notice. If you go to someone's wine and cheese party, yeah, it's going to be weird. In a big city, you could still wear it to retail stores and the like but the urbanites are going to look down on you thinking you work for a living. The question is, do you really care what they think? On the other hand, wear pic related and even a dirtbag like me will snicker.

Key for coveralls, Roundhouse for overalls. My Key coveralls have a wide enough lower leg to slip on over shoes, so you can be dressed and don/doff them.

Desiring external validation from people who find replacing batteries in a smoke detector difficult is a downside.

bonus of wearing coveralls is you can access anywhere without question. noone will ever stop somebody in coveralls walking somewhere with purpose. add a plain white pickup with the 4 ways on and cones at the corners, a hard hat, and a clipboard, and you could almost walk into fort knox unquestioned

That's perfect and an issue I have and didn't think about considering boots are edc for me. Thanks anon
>>
>>2868305
No. I'm pragmatic. I could care less what people think. And normies don't think like you, so even if I did care, the only conclusion they'll come to is that j don't have crippling student debt.
>>
>>2868186
And that's exactly why I came here. Any amount of research ends up with the same products being shilled or white women and niggers trying to make some faggy fashion statement.

>for hard use
cold/hot weather, flame resistant, chemical resistant, be more specific
>>
>>2868395
No problem, it was a pleasant discovery when I've needed to get into them for doing random mechanical or animal tasks but still want to be in shorts/PJs. They make a lot of sense for professionals stepping out into the field, too.

Ripstop and water proof/resistant. I can compromise and layer for different temperatures.
>>
this is coveralls

Probably something military - look into a coverall for fueling technicians.
>t. wear my spec-ops fueller's jacket over my Key coveralls in wet weather
