How do fix this washing machine, it keeps going out of balance. The tub wobbles too much and hits all 4 sides. I took the top off. The 4 shock springs appear to be fine, I don't see any limit straps like other washers have. I'm having trouble finding a troubleshooting video on this exact model. It's an GE gtw460asj8ww
I bet there's some little piece of plastic somewhere that broke or cracked, so it looks like it's all good, but when it runs, the broken plastic gives. Have you looked at everything that's connected to the springs?
