Because every battery advertises nominal voltage. And none of them aside from larger lead acid batteries have ever advertised capacity and current… it would be bad for business and confuse normies and those things vary greatly depending on a ton of different factors for the same exact battery. Go find a datasheet or people testing them if you want that info.
