I painted my violin case with ordinary black spray paint because it was turd brown and didn't like it.It turned out well but the plastic ribbons all around the borders became sticky and stainy, staying like that forever no matter what I apply to them.Help is apreciated and picture is for reference.
You need to use a plastic primer for the plastic parts, you're probably screwed at this point unless you can scrub it off.
