I have water leaking from an outside (undercover balcony) light after heavy rain. Is this something to worry about, or can I just leave it?

I have no idea what I'm looking at

Water droplets from what looks to be the mains power wire.

It will corrode/short circuit the electronics eventually.

I'm guessing the balcony above yours is uncovered?

If it's a concrete balcony, most likely the "traffic topping" which serves as waterproofing on the balcony surface has failed, allowing the slab to become saturated with water in heavy rain.

Report this to building management since typically balcony is their responsibility.
