I want to buy a golf cart from my buddy for a big Christmas gift for the family. He told me he'd sell it for around 1k. He's a neighbor, so don't think he'd intentionally fuck me over, but he said something to the effect of, "it works, sometimes it takes a little bit to get into reverse, or I might need to try a few times to get in reverse." I see him riding it around the neighborhood now and then, so I know it works.I'm in FL, and upon looking into FB marketplace, I see tons of flooded Golf Carts, but there are so many flooded ones from the hurricane, but typically nothing even near 1k.Looking long term, and assuming it'll need some fixing up in the future, the motor is somewhere between $500-$700, which is reasonable.
