Man I have this lg fridge that my parents gave me, but I hooked up a piercer valve and the thing does not hold coolant. Everything works but there is a leak. Is there a way I can easily find the leak and solder it? Any other options?

It shouldn't be that hard to find a leak. Pull it out and look at it. Get a jack and lift it up so you can look underneath
