I tried pulling it out with my hands and it didn't work. It doesn't seem to have any latch or "trick" to it. Am I supposed to pry it open with a screwdriver? It is honestly disgusting. I don't even think it has one of those flaps to prevent smells from coming in and it barely does anything. Even when it's off the stench from other apartment people comes into the bathroom and it's disgusting.I watched like 400 bathroom fan videos on YouTube and they were all useless.

there might be a small set screw ont he top or bottom which will keep the cover onif no set screw or allen key hold, use a flathead and violence to remove it
