Someone like dancyn3dprints might be able to make a profit due to large scale production and using his family as free labor. YouTube is full of people printing dragons to sell at craft fairs who are happy they sold $200 or $300 of them. But when you subtract out their costs, they're making far below minimum wage.If you make things like dragons, you might indeed be able to sell them, but it's unlikely you'll be able to do so at a price that makes it worthwhile.
